Why can you not see dead nicheling parents?

What the title says...The family tree seems to not care about dead nichelings except to say what LIVING nichebabes they have. Considering dead ones are blacked out I don't think this is necessary...but maybe its to make things less messy overall? Idk.

Hey. You're dead on about the messy part. 

There is a suggestion to make family trees bigger and better for roleplaying. 

Though it seems it would take...

A) too much programming effort.

B) might be too tedious for slower computers.

C) or simple hasn't reached enough votes yet.

D) issues like the sandbox update were deemed more important to solve before it.

The family tree should definitely become a central point to this game. There is so much that could be expanded upon

Yea, what you and @RandomWanderer said about the messiness is definitely true. But for now we can still at least discuss family tree issues and potential improvements. This is my modification of the family tree which includes other suggestions for it:

My family trees would be way too crowded if the old generations didn't get deleted

They actually used to have past family trees show alllll of the dead parents. But this unfortunately made the family tree very glitchy so they removed it.
