georgie Posted January 28, 2019 Author Share Posted January 28, 2019 flamethorn suddenly leaps away from bloodmoon (whilst he is talking to her, how rude!) to catch a mole, and she succeeds with ease. the tribe is starting to realise how skilled of a hunter she really is. and well done me I just tried to move the camera and skipped the day, so a lot of things just happened. just as they nearly got to the nest nightheart was born in, she passed away suddenly before raincloud could do anything. she runs to her sister's side in tears and tells her the news, and she is in so much shock she doesn't know what to do. she asks to see her, and they go to her remains. maplestar follows, comforting the sisters as he did when cloudmeadow hurt her paw. the news spreads to the tribe, but they all know deep down nightheart will be happy to see her mother and father again, and the day continues on without a lot of mourning. maplestar offers to dig up a grave for her, and the two happily accept, as they place their mother in the grave. bloodstripe is quite distressed because she knows she will pass soon if her sister passed, and goes to her mate to tell her the news. he is happy to know, since he will also pass soon, and he wouldn't want his mate to be left behind without him for too long. they tell their children the news too, and they are quite sad, but know life will continue the next day, sprucespike passes peacefully in the night, leaving bloodstripe quite sad, but she continues with the day. raincloud made her way to her mother's nest in the night, and she settles down peacefully, studying the decorations left by her ancestors. she decides to stay a while longer, and maplestar decides to finally confess to cloudmeadow. she happily accepts to becoming mates, especially since he is the one who confronted her mother so many days ago, and they decide to use the nest raincloud has decorated. however, they cannot make it to the nest in time, and raincloud takes this as an opportunity to decorate the nest even more. redwood digs a grave for her father, and they bury him quietly near the nest. the next day passes quickly for bloodstripe and her children, who are lonely without the other three- who are busy settling down for cloudmeadow's baby. the nests are deteriorating without raincloud, and the tree has been nearly abandoned altogether. the day passes, and a baby boy is born! they call him hazelbreeze after his mane, which reminds all of them of the baby's grandmother, hazelmist. maplestar immediately senses the home island immunity inside of him, and says he could become hazelstar one day in the future. the rest of the day is food gathering, and things seem peaceful on the island. however, when all seemed peaceful, a wandering nicheling called oakblaze announced his presence to the rest of the tribe "weak ones!" he bellows, his claw glinting in the sun shining through the clouds. "I have come to seek the fierce beauty of the fair maiden, lady flamethorn! where art thou, my precious rose?" everyone immediately looked to flamethorn, who was shocked by the sudden appearance of this nicheling and his strange way of speaking, but somewhat intrigued. he was very confident like her, and had a fiery red mane, which she saw as quite handsome. to be continued tomorrow (or maybe today)!! hopefully you like oakblaze, I got pretty creative with him ^v^ 4 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

georgie Posted January 29, 2019 Author Share Posted January 29, 2019 its the next day after school and that means update time! redwood walks to her sisters side and they giggle about this strange creature, but they dont think he's that bad. they decide to go over to him and talk to him, occasionally giggling to each other about certain strange words he says to flamethorn. "thoust fools! thou thinkst that I am a joketh! you- I mean thou- will be weeping on the floor when I show thine my rabbit hunting professionalism-eth! cower in fear, fools!" the fiery red- maned nicheling jumped over to a rabbil nearby and killed it, somewhat impressing flamethorn, as she started to love this strange person and the way he spoke. flamethorn walked over to oakblaze and spoke to him, trying to copy his speaking as redwood giggled in the background "nice-ou! thine own hunting profeshinalisum-ith is ama-eth-zing-eth!" oakblaze stared at her, with no idea of the words that just came out of her mouth. "look, just talk normally, you dont need to impress me" he replied under his breath, trying to hide that he spoke normally for once "oh, ok then. honestly, I think you're pretty cool. I wouldn't mind having a child. every other male in the tribe is either my cousin or a loser" "splendid!" he spoke "the fair maiden flamethorn has accepted to be my mate! we shall produce the most powerful offspring on this island! cower in fear, worms!" the two prepared for a child, and the tribe was happy to see new life coming to the family. it was the next day, and flamethorn went to settle down in a nest to have her first child in the nest raincloud loved to maintain. "this nest musteth been created by a fool! who is thine raincloud, this incompetent worm?" oakblaze bellowed proudly. the whole tribe stared at him angrily. flamethorn was in shock at his remark about her friend. "ill show you who she is- raincloud! I need you to help me!" raincloud awoke. her nest! the nest that had been maintained for generations! the nest she was born in! she ran to the nest, shocked to see a heavily pregnant flamethorn inside of it, with a shocked oakblaze who stared as she quickly patched up the nest and placed a pink flower on it to finish it off. "that's who raincloud is. only the best nest builder on the island!" oakblaze seemed embarrassed, so everyone decided it would be for the best to leave him for the day, as he and his mate prepared for a child to be born. redwood and bloodmoon left together, to give room for the baby, and they ended up talking for a while. "how do you just- you know- kill rabbils that easily? surely they slip away?" redwood asked. "how do you dig up roots so easily?" bloodmoon answered. they both giggled, finding eachother and their faults quite funny. they talked for ages, until this came up: "I guess if we had a kid, it could dig and hunt easily. now THAT would be cool." "wait, you want a kid? I kind of do too. I have no children, but everyone thinks that me having nightheart's kids meant I would never have any more children.." "I mean, I have no use in breeding, mostly because my siblings are far more skilled, but maybe I could have a child... with you?" they spent a lot of time walking together, until they found themselves leaving the tribe borders, and they decided to leave and start a family the next day. on the other side of the island, cloudmeadow and maplestar found themselves preparing for their next child. hazelbreeze was eagerly exploring his home, and his great grandparent's home, and sniffing the air around him eagerly, like nightheart did when she was born. he seemed quite eager to explore, like his grandmother who was born here, and his parents laughed. if nightheart moved the tribe to the tree with widowstar and thornwhisper, maybe hazelbreeze would move the tribe from one island to another. they would have to leave eventually, they thought. in the morning, flamethorn introduced everyone to the new baby, who was named willowtail. she seemed quite curious about the acorns, which confused flamethorn, but oakheart comforted his mate: "do not fear, my precious rose, our dear child is as fineth as could be. she has the cracker jaw, like my mother did. she will grow up strong, and live a fulfilling life of acorns and roots. look how adorable our dear willowtail is! there could never be anything wrong with her." this eased flamethorn's mind, and raincloud left to tell her sister the news. when she got back to her home she found a small baby at cloudmeadow's feet. "hi raincloud! meet our new baby- greysky! isn't she just the cutest?" "aww, she definitely is!" the rest of the day was food gathering, except for bloodmoon and redwood, who wandered off into the grasses to finally start their family. they were looking for a nest when they found a wanderer. I just want to know where he is. im lost and alone and-" "hes… gone. he died a long time ago by the side of his mate and his children, and im one of his children. that makes us..." "sisters" the wanderer whispered, in shock at the information given to her by redwood. "well, if we're half sisters, I guess I should explain everything to you. im redwood. this is my mate, bloodmoon. we're both from widowclan. what's your name? "well, my names mossshadow. that's what my dad named me before he left me, and my mother died the day after" "before he ran away and joined our clan" bloodmoon added. "he had you and left" "why did he leave? did he ever talk to you about me, redwood?" "no... he always said he was happy to be in widowclan. that he hated his old life. that he never wanted to go back" redwood stopped talking when she saw a tear roll down mossshadow's cheek "you know, if you are truly related to my mate, you can stay with us. we're about to have our first child, and we could do with an extra hand around here" "o-ok then. I dont want to go to widowclan, if it is the place my dad left to stay in" the three new friends found a spot to eventually raise the child and started to clear out grass, making sure that things would be perfect. in the main camp, everything was normal. flamethorn and oakblaze were preparing for their next child, and greatheart was clearing more grass. bloodstripe was digging roots, and knew she would pass in a few days, which didn't upset anybody at all, including herself. she couldn't wait to meet her mate again in the afterlife- and her sister. in cloudmeadow's nest and the area surrounding, everything was also normal. her and maplestar had decided on having one last child, and raincloud was helping hazelbreeze hunt. it seemed quiet all over the island. eerily quiet. in the morning, it seemed just as quiet. except for the nest of course, which was filled with the mewing of a new baby, called stormstripe, who seemed to be just like bloodmoon in his stripes, which were barely visible on his fur, which was the same colour as his siblings. cloudmeadow and maplestar were happy with their children, and the only other thing they would have to do is choose a leader from the three- they all had home island immunity inside them, after all. at the main camp, things were calm too. a cute baby called lilyfoot was born to flamethorn and oakblaze, but the latter of her parents seemed disappointed with his child. "hm. thine child is weaker than any of these weak worms. how did this happen, from both thou godly strengths combined? she is beautiful; yet weak. like a lily, wilting in the winter cold." "well firstly, she got your lean body, and secondly, she didn't get your claw. that's how shes so weak. but I think shes cute. just like a lily." bloodstripe was growing weaker and weaker, and she new that she would pass sooner rather than later. she went to the spot her mate had been buried, and dug a grave beside it. "use this for my body, greatheart" she said. "maybe ill reach him faster that way" greatheart smiled, happy for his mother yet confused: she had always awaited her death since sprucespike died. he knew why, but he also knew that the experiences you could have on earth were better than anything you could experience in the afterlife. by the tree, willowtail was preparing to crack open her first acorn, with the help of her father. she seemed proud that she was only one who could provide acorns for the tribe since hazelmist. it was a success, and she and her sister eat acorns for the day. on the outskirts, redwood was about to have her first child. all three were busy: bloodmoon clearing the area, mossshadow gathering food, and redwood building a nest, trying to bring all of raincloud's techniques to mind. they all went to sleep, and in the morning everyone was introduced to berrypelt, they newest baby. he had gorgeous pink fur and handsome green eyes, and a very spiky body to boot. his parents were proud of him; and seemed content with this family of four (correction: im content because he has A immunity) 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

"raincloud, I know you said things are fine out there, but im worried about my clan. something could have happened to someone. somebody could have left. they could all be gone" maplestar begged, hoping his mate would agree "oh, ok. I know everyone will be happy to see their leader, and i'd like to see some of my friends again. also, im sure the kids would enjoy it." cloudmeadow agreed, which pleased her worried mate. "id love to go exploring somewhere! I cant wait to see everything! will there be new food? new animals? new friends? yay!" hazelbreeze butted in. "oh, and I guess that sounds cool. I could dig up some new roots. meet some new people. sure, I guess." greysky added, from the grasses. stormstripe looked up at his parents with sparkling eyes, and he seemed happy about the plans too- but he was far too small to travel for now. "well that settles it. raincloud, go back and tell the others- were going home!" maplestar announced "jeez, its not that amazing. we're walking for, like, two minutes and seeing some randoms which are apparently related to us. im sooo excited" it was pretty obvious how greysky felt about this journey "stop ruining my moment!" by the tree, things were calm. everyone was gathering food, and flamethorn was ready to have another child. in the final group, things were just as calm. the area was far more clear now, and they were starting to get used to their new home. obviously, they would return someday, but for now they wanted their child to have a perfect upbringing, away from any stress of a clan. as the next day came around, a new baby was born "well, thou childeth this timest is a lot strongerth. thine last child was like a lily, but this child is like a rose. graceful and elegant, but thornedeth with danger and passion." lilyfoot seemed to be somewhat offended, but didn't really care. she was more suited to gathering berries, and admiring her new sister- rosebud- from a distance. meanwhile, cloudmeadow was very busy with arranging this journey. greysky had already dragged herself through a bush to get through to the clan, and hazelbreeze had leaped infront and started running. cloudmeadow walked behind her oldest son, and her sister and stormstripe followed her. when they got there, maplestar leaped in front to look over his clan. I leave, and he leaves the entire clan? who did he go with? where is he now? did he hate me or something?" "no, no no no no no. you've got it all wrong. he and his new mate just wanted to leave to raise a child outside the borders so there wouldn't be too many people. im sure someone could go get him right now" flamethorn spoke comfortingly. "ok.. well bring him to me! you, who are you?" "greatheart" "well, you go get them. I want to see my brother" "okay... I guess I want to see my sister too. bye!" when he arrived at his sister's family, he said that they need to go back, because the leader returned and he is worried about you "well, I cant go back. I need to look after the baby. mossshadow wouldn't want to go back either. I guess bloodmoon could come back quickly?" "ookay then, I guess? bye then. see ya in a minute" when bloodmoon returned, he explained everything to his brother, and even offered to make sure the areas were connected. he seemed happy about everything, and the borders were cleared between the two areas. the whole clan was back together again, and everyone was happy to be reunited. when everyone from his family were chatting with everyone from oakheart's family, hazelbreeze stared at the port in the distance. they would have to leave soon, he thought. im going to become the next leader, and we'll leave. someday. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought It could be 1 chapter per island, but right now all the main story problems seem to be resolved, and chucking in a tiny section of hazelbreeze's reign and a migration and ending it there seems weird, considering the story seems finished for all the events happening. I dont even know why im making chapters, I guess it could be a seprate post for each chapter? there wont be a gap between chapters or anything, it would more be a way to find certain parts of the story quickly. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Kira.APK Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 On 1/26/2019 at 7:30 AM, heyitsgeorgie said: as the three explorers venture further into the grasses, bloodstripe gathers her first root with the help of nightheart (which bloodstripe is angry about because she thinks she needs nobody's help) and hazelmist spots a rabbil in the grass. she leaps forward, catching it with ease. that is their meal for the day, and nightheart goes to gather roots, hoping to impress this amazing nicheling, who seems to be able to do anything. they spend the rest of the day together- and the two best friends start to realise there may be something else blossoming between them. bloodstripe watches from behind, occasionally taunting her sister about her crush. meanwhile, thornwhisper, widowstar and their new son prepares for the next addition to the family. thornwhisper decides she should build a nest to try and attract the gods, but she is a bit distracted by a crabbit which is wandering around in circles around them. bloodmoon finds this whole ordeal extremely funny, but widowstar is not impressed by this annoying crabbit. the next day, thornwhisper gives birth to a new baby, whom they call maplefang. widowstar looks pleased with his second son, and decides he should be heir, as he can sense the home island immunity inside of him. bloodmoon, however, is very curious about this baby, as he is extremely similar to him; as if he was looking into a mirror. as he sniffs around his brother, the leader and his mate laugh, as they know their final two children will get along very well. on the other side of the island, hazelmist smells a wanderer in the grasses. she chases after him, forcing nightheart and her sister to follow. he emerges infront of widowstar and his children, which alarms him, and he gives the wanderer food, hoping he wont do any harm to his new children. he takes the food and walks off to kill a mole, but doesn't bother introducing himself. bloodstripe is very curious of this seemingly nameless creature, and watches him eagerly, so does bloodmoon. hazelmist and nightheart decide they should tell their parents about their new love. widowstar is happy for them, but thornwhisper looks sadly into her daughter's eyes, knowing that she will pass soon and never see their possible children. the new pair spend the day playing with the babies, who nightheart is overjoyed to finally meet.
