Island travel stone without flower patches

Post

I found an island where the north travel stone does not have any flower patches, so the only way to activate it would be to travel without ANY animals? I don't think this is intended, right?

Sorry, I moved to another island by now. It is just a regular porter stone without any flower hex fields around it.

How are you supposed to use it if you can not port any creatures with it?

There are many types of ports. Only a few have flowers. You can usually tell because the port tiles are different than the rest of the tiles. For example, Whale Island's ports look bright blue. The ports with flowers are the easiest islands.

just because it doesn't have flowers doesn't mean you can't travel on it. ;) Most ports are 10 tiles, though some harder islands have 15, 7, or even just 5.

You just have to clear the grass.
