We had an all schools mass that day but it was postponed and was the reason most people came... I came for the GeoBee (I didn't win but my friend did! Broken Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 My school got canceled today, tomorrow, and on Friday we have school improvement day so no school that day either. It was also really cold last friday so I stayed home, and I was sick for 2 days this week ( Sunday and Monday) and I was allowed to stay home yesterday so I didn't have to go to school right after I was sick. We had to have some serious stuff happening (like in bavaria and austria a few weeks back) to get snow cancelled. We had snow for two days now which is cool but rare. When I was a child we still had a lot of snow... how times change. Every winter I wish for more snow but it usually never comes (I really really hope for it though). I wish we had more snow tho we do get days off when the roads are icy. Last year there was an outbreak of lice, and we got like 3 days off. The last time the snow was 'recordable' in my city was in 2011 (2 1/2 inches) (as of something posted in 2017).
