So I think the spawn rates are way to high. No three days go by without me finding at least one wanderer. It is insane. (I bet it is related to the longer lifespans but still) it is almost so annyoing that I kinda want to not have them in my game at all, but that would make it to hard geneticly.
Next point all the wanderers I encounter are either teens, children or babies, Nothing older than that has ever appeared since 1.1.7 (and it seems like they all land in the first gen in the family tree again)
