bostonlobstah
Okay I hope I'm doing this right. Here goes nothing. So I accidentally made the starting creature only 7 days old but she turned into a teen the next day so that's fine Luckily, Riperella is the most distasteful nicheling on the planet. She also has a claw and velvet paw! Riperella continues to pick from this lone berry bush until her maturity. On day 9, Riperella finds a playmate. His name is Jack. Jack the Ripper. Day 15: Jack the Ripper finds his long lost sister, Rippi. Dodomingoes are everywhere! Riperella's hideous face and bright body and awful smelling tail are able to keep this bearyena away. FOR NOW Also Rippi got pregnant with a rogue male Oh noo (the red guy was a wanderer btw. I named him Help) Okay...a lot is happening We have a baby! With stinky tail! Seriously The rogue males are not helping at all We caught both wanderers after killing the already sort of old bearyena. ANOTHER scorpion!? And more bearyenas!? We attempt encircle the bearyena, hoping that it will see our hideous faces and back off. Also I forgot about the baby and it gets eaten by a stupid bluebread. :,( RIP. So my plan backfired and now Riperella AND the big bodied wanderer are both dead. RIP Riperella. At last, Isle is able to take down the vicious beast and tame its child. At least Rippi finally has her rogue son, Roro. Isle and Help decide to start a family. They make their pilgrimage back down to the Acorn Tree, where Help spent his youth. Two defender bears are waiting for them. I...don't...think? We attacked anything? I hope? OKAY. What is it with the savanna and....oh. Scorpion tail... young Kidon has the digging paw so he is being yeeted into the tribe
bostonlobstah
Isli falls in love with the friendly bearyena Here's our island on ay 39. These 2 have their first child: A son! With double nimble fingers! The defender bears don't seem to pay them any mind. Little half-rogue Ismi is born. Kidon explores the grasses and sniffs out meager roots to feed his growing tribe. An adorable and unique looking little wandering baby girl named Meel is found beside the newborn Anteater Bearyena baby. We promptly invite her in so she won't get eaten by the bluebirds overhead. Awww! I ship it! :OOOOOO NOOO NOT MY BABIES!! DEFEND THE NURSERY WITH YOUR LIVES!!! The adults nearby land a few attacks, but nowhere near enough to take down the beast. Someone, or maybe several nichelings, are going to die tomorrow, but it's a roulette as to who. Crossing my fingers that the bearyena doesn't eat my children Not too far away, a daughter is born. She is super strong and cute! The bearyena chose to kill our wandering red scorpion mother. :,( And then it came for her baby! If we can't take out the bearyena today, our baby will die!! Luckily the strong Help has rushed over to the rescue, or if you will, to HELP them. And thanks to our friendly bearyena's vengeful blow for the death of his wife, the bearyena is killed swiftly. The child is safe!! *dances happily* Our little yellow nutcrackers are still enjoying life under the acorn tree...although the littlest one's paws are still too small to crack them open. That acorn is almost as big as she is! Everyone up in the other part proceeds to evacuate down the the acorn tree again because it's good to have everyone together Oh jeez...Another bearyena! Everybody run! Luckily it went for the lonely Jack the Ripper and not the main camp. Hopefully we have shaken it off of us. When the ripper becomes the ripped. RIP Jack the Ripper Oh look! A child! Rippi and that other scorpion guy start a family....(yeah I don't bother with remembering names anymore, it makes me too attached ;-; ) This rogue male wants custody of his daughter. But her half brother is having none of that. (Also that yellow kid is the wanderer we saw) A random picture of the opposite shoreline because it's so STRAIGHT and ISLANDY I likey Welcome to this cruel world, little Kirprinu. Also, puddles. Dangit This bearyena anteater guy can eat bugs. So that's what he will do for us. Oh hi there Uncle Creepo the Second. Please stay a while. Defender Bear, get out of here. Awww! It's an orphan baby gazelle! Meel remembers what that was like. She takes in the kid for her own. These two are finally mature enough to start a family of their own. Another scorpion kid Just....one more....baby.......... They are just too useful and cute to stop breading for! This one is kind of plain. But he can dig, so I'll allow it NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY GAZELLE CHILD!!! I didn't even notice that guy was there! Oh, poor Meel! She is devastated. Her mate lands one swift blow and runs off to the main camp, hoping that the bearyena will come close enough for some good attacks. Meel, heartbroken, runs off after him. And.....YES! Our plan actually succeeded and the bearyena is finally dead! Now the tribe can sustain itself a bit longer than they could have. But one bearyena dead does not mean that our Gazelle will come back :,((( Idk. I just like this picture with the bluebirds overhead. Poor Meel... :,( And this is where we leave our tribe, for now.....day 69. I am surprised and glad I have come this far.

What is it from? Is it the fifth wave? I'm currently reading it and I remember flipping to a random page in some book and seeing that name. It might not have been The Fifth Wave.

I lucked out by starting with such a distasteful creature. If Riperella hadn't been so hideous, her tribe would have been lunch within 10 days.
