I couldn’t think of how else to design him, like.. I see his black hair, his grey eyes, and gothic accessories like the spiked collar which he always seems to love wearing everyday, I see that.. and I’m like... he so needs a depressing backstory... almost as depressing as I’m going through, because I feel like it just makes sense for how I’m living right now and ultimately.. changing Silver’s life will come with time and practice I suppose, I dunno, I’m still learning how to build a REALLY good character, and not a typical one, just in my opinion that is. XP Oh.. but I can’t forget to mention of course your character.. she sounds kinda cute actually, would it be alright if I called her that? In the non weird way.. but just for fun? I’m kinda puzzled a bit about what makes a furry other than the idea of anthropomorphism in animals, and making anthropomorphic characters. I sure don’t mind it.. The most anthropomorphic I get with animals is having them smiling or talking, at the most them having a culture like in Warriors but still mostly animalistic (similar to what Jojo said). I don't like anthropomorphic as in having humanoid bodies and wearing clothes and such, and I'm in no way interested in fur suits. Having that opinion where you don’t like humanoid animals is okay, for me it’s just because I really like sci-fi and fantasy that sometimes involve these types of races, which inspire me to somewhat make my own.. and another thing is that I used to love watching cartoons that featured anthropomorphic animals(in the sense of humanoid animals I mean..)but I can see why you wouldn’t like them, it doesn’t feel natural, and I can understand that, it’s just that to me I have a much weirder brain and my interest are more towards fictional stuff(in which stuff like Warriorcats is fictional, and I have read the books before actually, I liked em!). So overall, we may have different opinions here, but you and I are definitely not considered furries despite liking some anthropomorphism, whether it’s only liking four-legged animal characters that can talk, humanoid animal characters, or both, it just really depends. Amino just feels like sort of a wasteland where you hardly talk to anyone and nobody is really interesting.. plus I don’t ever roleplay or attend public chats, they just feel that pointless and not for me, in my opinion that is. I like anthropomorphic animals, I find them cute and I find them easier to draw than humans! I also have a sona who is an animal. I don't have a fursuit and I don't really want to get one, because I don't want to walk around all day in an animal costume XD but that doesn't mean I'm against fursuiters.
