Game Crashes When Porting to Home Island

Hello! I feel like I'm still pretty new to Niche, and am definitely new to the forums

It's taken a long time, but I'm finally about to get to the Home Island with a Home Island gene! Except... when I try to port to the island, the game crashes. I tried going from Crossing Island and from Whale Island, and the game just goes POOF!

I really, really don't want to start over!

Here are some logs that are hopefully helpful! They are from today (4/24) and the crash thing is from yesterday (4/23).

Hey @roaringdoe , welcome to the forums :)

It looks like the game ran out of memory.
Please try to set the Animal Pattern resolution in the graphic options to the lowest setting and try to load the game again.

This will lower the memory usage and hopefully help with the crash.

I've been to the Home Island previously (without the gene, boo) so I didn't try the graphics settings at all 😅
