The code has been ignored, and then, all of the leaders and deputys die in all of the clans, except for one.

Because the code was ignored, chaos reigned. The role of medicine cats vanished all together because there was so much fighting, they needed the medicine cats to be full-time warriors. Nobody had time to heal or be healed, so many died from wounds and sicknesses. The ground was covered in blood almost everywhere. Every cat was cruel and selfish.

Kits were made warriors by the age of 3 moons. Most died before 6. Most cats only became mates because of the need for more warriors, not for love. Most mothers were basically teen moms. The mothers also rarely took care of their babies much because of how busy they were, hunting and fighting for their tiny Clan. Also, there was never much food because of how little cats there were, and how most of the ones that were alive are wounded. 

Elders are non-existent, too; not because the old are needed for combat, but because no cat lives long enough to become an elder.

StarClan is never in touch with the Clans, not even providing nine lives for the leaders.

One day, every Clan gathered together for a huge battle. Suddenly, a storm came out of nowhere. Lightning struck the trees in the battlegrounds, striking down a huge tree that fell right upon the flat rock where the leaders and deputies were fighting. All of them were killed except for one deputy.

  Important places!

the gathering island: the island is used as a battle site where the clans fight each other. It can also be used as a place where very rarely clans go to make alliances and plan attacks on the other clans.

the horseplace: Some cats run away from the clans and go here for shelter, they are welcomed by the two legs to keep the mouse and rat populations in check.

Camps: camps are essentially used as small bunkers and have several guards posted at a time. The walls are made up of usually brambles that is one cat length thick. The cats sleep and live here.

Jaynose used to be a cruel cat like everyone else. But when the tree struck, it also hit her-- it didn't injure her too much, as it really only hit her head hard and gave her a concussion. The concussion caused her to have amnesia. When she woke up, it was in a strange place. There was a brown tom-cat standing over her. He said his name was Stick. He told her that his two-legs had found her in the forest on a walk and had taken her to the vet and had her fixed up and stuff (they weren't the type to spay and neuter, fortunately for Jaynose). Stick asked her what her name was. She had no idea. Stick told her that the two-legs had been calling her 'Storm', because of the color of her fur and how they had found her in a big storm. Thus, Storm became her name. Storm stayed with the two-legs and Stick for a long time, Storm being blissfully unaware of her past life. She didn't even remember that she was so cruel before, and became a kind and caring cat. Eventually, Storm and Stick fell in love. One day, a big, huge storm, bigger than the one that killed the leaders and deputies in the Clans, came along. The two-legs fled, taking Stick with them. They tried to find Storm, but she was hiding too well and they had to just leave before the storm destroyed their home and everything inside. And it did. Thankfully, Storm survived with barely any injuries at all. But her Two-Legs and Stick didn't come back. Storm also found out that she was pregnant! What a bad time... Anyways, she eventually went into the forest, searching for help. She came upon one of the Clans. They realized she was their long-lost deputy, and invited her in. They made her their Clan's leader. Though, instead of becoming Jaystar, she kept her old name and became Stormstar. Not ong after she became leader, she gave birth to her kits, Stickkit, Fluffkit, and Puddlekit. Stickkit is a brown short-haired tom-kit with amber eyes, Fluffkit is a fluffy gray long-haired she-kit with green eyes (from her father), and Puddlekit is a gray short-haired she-kit with amber eyes. 

Stormstar remains kind and caring, and attempts to return the Clans to the state they were once in-- the state they were in when they obeyed the Code. She doesn't want her kits to become blood-thirsty 3-moon old warriors
