Hey folks :)

We just uploaded a new version (1.1.10) of the "Sandbox settings" update on the tester branch!
Please don't forget that this is a tester branch. Things are buggy here.
If you want to play with precious save files from earlier versions, it's adviced to make a back up first.

What has changed in this new version?

  • Blue Birds are now scared of Peaceful Bears
  • Temporarily removed the Defender Bear since it caused lots of problems
  • Fixed double meat-eating plants animation glitch
  • Wild Animals are becoming more scared when being attacked
  • Rivers no longer run through port fields and travel stones

Please help us to test if all the new things are working!

To do so, you can head over to Steam.
Right click on Niche in your game library, select properties, open the Betas tab, enter the password.
The password is: NicheTesterBranch
Select tester_branch from the drop down. The game should now be updating. If now, restart Steam.
Happy testing and please report all bugs here

We were still unable to reproduce the "Animals are invisible on Regrowing Grass" bug.
If you encounter this bug please: Don't move! Either end the day or return to the main menu (so the game can save). Send us the save file so we can finally figure our whats wrong xD

Thanks for your support ❤️

Also yes now uncle creepo can properly do his job!

I always turn off Peaceful Bears. They serve no purpose to me because I'm happy to deal with predators and don't want to waste nesting material

So wouldn’t this be 1.2 ? Since 1.1.10 is basically 1.1.1? Or does it have to be completely bug free before it goes up?

Actually nvm I’m confusing myself

It's not actually a decimal (if it was, it couldn't even have two decimal points). It's version 1 of the game, version 1 of updates, and it's their 10th beta on the way to version 2 of updates.
