I'll usually multiply the number of NCLs (I usually do 5 per trade) times 10, minus 5 (so 5 NCLs is 45sb). P.S. Food. 100 uses of food can actually sell for 1 GB or a hefty amount of SB. Beetles can sell for a bit. I can actually give you a pair in a few days.
