georgie Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 so as some of you may know I fractured and bent one of my finger bones a few years ago--the fun part? its still got another good few years before its fully healed, and considering the fact that if I was one year older every finger bone I have would have been snapped in half, its not fun because all my fingers are somewhat injured and its exam season!! yaay!! and if I write too much, the finger I fractured begins to hurt like hell. same with playing piano, ect. you'd think the best way to combat this is to take breaks, but when I'm in a lesson can I stop doing work because my finger hurts and I may be undoing months of healing? hell no. so I'm stuck dealing with it. cut to when I get home, and I've got homework. right now I'm sat in front of a HUGE revision booklet, all of it I need to write out intot book about three times. I'm not even halfway through the first and it already hurts sooooo much wish me luck! 5

Spacestar TheThundersuncat Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 Oh, damn. I understand that a little, having had a broken upper arm barely below the cut off for surgery. But that's nothing on a finger. Please be careful for us, semi-chronic pain is terrible.
