flying lizard body

a wearWe need a body with wings so an animal can have 4 paws and still have wings. What I use? the flying lizard.

The flying lizard body would add +4 flying and +1 heat resistance. Basically weaker bat wings or bird wings, but on the body. Flight doesn't stack if you have 2 paw genes as wings.

sounds ok, but the lizards need to leap off high places in order to glide, it will be a bit weird for only extended ribs to let a fox-sized(approximately) animal fly as well as a bird

I really don't think we need a body with wings... That would be way too op. These lizards can't even fly, only glide

but it only adds +4 flying, morso. are you thinking that would stack with if you had wings as both the paws?
