Inky just plopped the pups back at the den a few times...mission complete! Oh no...ohhhhh no... I don't know if Inky and Quill are ready for this... *sigh* well that's a relief. The next hunt, I suppose. Target in sight! Now Inky just needs to take this back to the pups! Om nom. Oh no you don't! It was the only way...I think. Okay...this may be a bit more of a challenge... Goooo away please... Guess Inky and Quill need to mark their territory a bit more! Aha! 100%! The zoomie thing didn't happen...Inky will chase anyways! (spoiler alert: this was an awful idea) Stay away! Quill went next to the cougar, he's getting so hurt, I'm scared! Quill? Quill had better swallow his pride and eat this elk... Good. Oh, so you're full now?! Well, more food for your pups... Well...they're not dead...that's good... Back for round 2, I see! Well...that was surprisingly easy. THANK GOODNESS. This seems a bit easier. Oooh! Inky and Quill can name the pups now! Here they are with their new names! Feather and Tinte are girls, and Booker and Squid are boys. All of them are related to either paper or ink (tinte is German for ink!) I think that Booker would be pretty smart, Squid might be a bit goofy, Feather would be shy and dainty, and Tinte might be a bit of a trouble-maker! Nice! That wolf in the background...ya that's not Quill... Good! 100% again. The next herd! Yes! It would be nice if Inky and Quill had food right outside their home. Time for the feast! Now time for Inky to bring back the food to her FOUR pups, that currently are all ALIVE, and there aren't TWO of them. *cough* *cough* foreshadowing *cough* Aaaaand a coyote. Okay then. Pack howl! Man, it sure is nice to have SIX howls, ya know, as opposed to only FOUR. What, I-I didn't say anything... It's catch the pups time... oh, and just look at SQUID next to that BIRD. We can be sure, that birds will always be his friend, and certainly wouldn't KILL him! Oh, another coyote. How refreshing... Hhhhhhh. Okay. Aw, what an adorable family of SIX. Tinte is pretty cute. And I know that her exploitative nature, will in no way contribute to her death. For sure... These coyote's are getting a little out of hand... Nice. Aw. So nice to have Squid and Tinte as pups. Awww, Quill was playing with Booker and Tinte! I suppose you could say Booker and Tinte are best friends. Man, wouldn't it be sad for your best friend to suddenly disappear one day? I think it would. WHAT IS THIS, A COYOTE CONVENTION? Woo! Mission complete! And, all the pups are alive! 'm sure that it'll stay that way forever, right!? OoOoOoO We're gonna stay here a bit longer, I think. That coyote needs to DIE. Good! Now we need to howl. Let's go! Mhm, mhm, okaaaaaay, Ahhhh! A birb just swooped down and took Squid! NOOOOOO! Everyone is howling goodbye... They need to leave. OH YEAH, THEY NEED TO LEAVE RIGHT NOW. Don't come back! Oh look, Quill brought Tinte back. Notice how alive Tinte is. Compare that to her in the next screenshots from this one... Okay, this one's weird. Because nothing happened. Nothing popped up on the screen besides this. With Squid, it said "Squid will die soon". But with Tinte, nothing. She was well fed, I didn't see any predators. Ya. Idk. Okay, no more messing around! Feather, you had better get your little self over here RIGHT NOW. The pups need food, and so does Inky. I'm just done with everything, at this point. Okay, at this point I was getting pretty overwhelmed, so this is where it ends. Here's my plan. Because I liked Inky and Quill having 4 pups, and I like Tinte and Squid, I will do this. Next time I play, I think I'll load another save when all the pups were alive, and say that this was just a really bad dream that Inky had. Inky just woke up from that nightmare- Okay...so I think we're at the quest where Inky and Quill need to feed the pups until they reach 15 on their weight. Time for them to go get food while Inky tells Quill about her bad dream... Hm...they're vultures now. Uh, yum? Uh, Quill? What the heckers are you doing, bringing Feather over here? I guess Inky will feed her now... Aaaand there goes Feather... Wait, do you see that? Aaaaaaall the way in the back. Stranger wolves! Uh-oh... While Quill and Inky rest, it looks like Feather is taking a little stroll. Feather likes to travel I guess... Quill! Stop bringing the pups here! Oh wait, is it time to go to the new site? Is that what's happening now? Oh yay, a coyote just to add to the confusion and craziness. Okay, well, they need to howl to get the pack affinity up. They need a nice meal before the adventure... Time to go! Inky's getting paranoid remembering her dream, so she's going to wait up for her pups D'awwww Uh, Quill? Where ya off to? Quill...? Oh, Quill's over by that carcass! Maybe he's grabbing some food...? I can't really tell if the pups like the rain or not...Booker seems unfazed by the water...interesting...*cough* Oh, Quill! There you are! Ya got any food? Inky made it to the carcass that Quill was at, hoping to get a few bites! Uh, thanks Quill... Ahah! A fresh meal! Om nom. Quill! Seriously! Would it really kill you to leave Booker with everyone else for just a few more seconds?! Look! The pups are all the way over there now, Quill! Why don't you go grab them too?! Inky's heading back now anyways... It is lunch time! Right, it's lunch now...? Now we just need to wait for Quill and Booker to get back from their tour... Okay, and they're ready to resume the expedition! The first stream! Oh no no no...that is WAY too deep! Why is Squid so close to the water? I mean, I know he's named after a sea creature, but seriously! He's probably just fooling his siblings so they can get nervous about him...well Inky's putting an end to all these shenanigans! Wait, where's Feather? Inky's starting to get worried... Oh, Quill's carrying her! Why...? Ohhhhh, to go around the stream. Well, come on pups! Right after a quick bite to eat! Num. Oh look, Feather's all the way over there now. No! A bear! Get away! Phew! Don't come back, please. Inky is keeping a very close eye on her pups now. Inky just needs to carry him across, without checking if the water gets deep at the end, because that's overrated, right? It's probably fine, right? (wrong) No no! No no no no no no noooooooo! Inky's howling in remembrance... Well, on the bright side, they are really close to the site! Right after a quick meal... And it wouldn't be a true ending without a coyote, now would it? Goodbye. So cloooooose! Dude! Waiting...waiting... Quill is grabbing another pup, I guess. Almost there, almost there! Whoo! Quill and Inky need to howl now! C'mon pups! The gang's all here! Owwwww! These group howls are so cool! Done! It's done! I made it! Everyone made it! (well except Booker...but we won't talk about that...) Thank you all for watching this playthrough!
