And it kinda looks like she has the webbed paw instead of deformed paw.. which is even better considering their children might need faster swim speed! She's very good at it, too." "Nice to meet ya," Talenel chirps, a smile spread across her odd gilled face. "Hello." Glass nods. "You gave me a bit of a fright." "Sorry 'bout that," Talenel says apologetically before diving back into the waves. Glass watches her little beaver tail thrash up and down, pushing away the water around her and allowing her to dive deep down. Glass secretly wishes he could swim like that, but he knows that he'd sink and drown. China is frustrated that the acorns never ever fall on her side of the tree. Seaweed lingers in the ocean, enjoying the salty sea. Occasionally Talenel pops up from beneath the waves to pick some berries and say hello. And all of them devote much of their energy to care for curious little Ceramic. Meanwhile Ceramic sneaks away from his nest while his mother is sleeping. She caught it! Who knew a fish could be so skilled at hunting rabbils! She begins to follow him, but stops. An eerie tingling feeling comes over her. She knows something is wrong. "Ceramic!" She calls frantically. "Where are you? Get back here!" Finally she spies him. He is toddling over to where Talenel is peacefully picking berries. He coos when he sees China and begins to stumble over to her. "Stop." Ceramic plops down and cocks his head at her quizzically.
