How do ai draw a good Nicheling

I need help

I what to make a roleplay like @Magnolia‘s Broken Wings, but I can’t draw a good full body Nicheling. I can’t draw even a headshot, for that matter. I’ve tried doing rough sketches, drawing the skeletons then adding muscles, skin, and fur... nothing works.

I draw circles and squares, and then I add fur.

I usually do a circle for the head, and sometimes circles for the chest and butt...

I just draw it without any erasable shapes or anything, except for a circle for the head. For the rest i just draw. It's easier for me to draw on paper, take a picture, and draw over it on krita, but sometimes i just go straight to krita and sketch it out there and such.
