Well I guess it took me time to really get into digital art so I'm a bit behind... Well at least older than me. Like 16 or something. Or maybe I'm just learning slower than everyone else? You behave like anyone who is old enough to use a website. On most sites the limit is 13, but you seem like you've already learned how to behave in the internet I assume you do well at least in art class. No idea how the grading system in your country works.
