What keeps me up at night is how unsuited these nichelings are. We have:

-- The one speed double-dig. A true classic

-- one paw poison frog that is probably either shortsighted or can't smell... but still doing best by herself in the swamp portion, to your main's infinite jealousy

-- I can't-feed-myself-fish, but the true purpose of life is swimming anyway within the radius of my two sight.

-- platypus that can't actually effectively get to food. Hope it never rains

-- thriple crack bearyena feet (is that fishing tail?)

-- nest-bound digger  

-- what is speed, baby don't hurt me, no more

???
