it's in bottles too.

since I'm gona be playing hyperflex while drinking water I'll have to get the metal straw.

I took a midday nap.

from last round of 1 am.

and I get less sleep.

It's not healthy.

i know how to stay up until 1 am. i use the power of having literally no sleep schedule it just kinda shifts around and sometimes im awake at 1. and if i want to stay up until 1 am but the power of having literally no sleep schedule is not on my side at the moment i would just go as long as i can until i can barely keep my eyes open and then ill still go for a few minutes but thats when i stop

yeah I also didn't plan the midday naps.

but I do have things that I MUST do during this summer so I do have times when I have to stay awake.

I don't have that bad of an injury so I'll still have to do taekwando.
