I’m making a Wings of Fire dragon generator, but I don’t want, say, a SkyWing to be named a LeafWing name.

How do I make it so that it selects names based on the tribe?

Okay. Look at the first link, that's an example I made for myself a long time ago when figuring out how to have pronouns that match gender. The second link is a copy of your generator, with the addition of what you wanted, using the same coding as the pronoun example used. Let me know if you need some explaining.

Thanks to the help of this thread and this Wattpad story, I managed to get all the names done.

If you want to add your own names that you come up with, or some names from a different site, I recommend using this site. Put all the existing names in the box, then add on with the new names. Check the box that removes duplicates, then copy and paste from the alphabetically sorted section into the generator. Voila, your names are in alphabetical order, and you can be sure that there's no duplicates!  I sued this for my perchance warrior cat generator so I could add a ton of new prefixes and suffixes easily.

Now comes the colors. I have to make everything unique, have to somehow figure out how to make LeafWing spots, HiveWing markings, SandWing ruff, etc show up as items but only for their respective tribes/hybrids that utilize those tribes, have to make enough different color combinations to make dragons unique, have to somehow add markings, and somehow add wing colors.

For the tribe specific patterns, you could probably use the same coding as the names use

also the link from before doesn't show anything new so just make sure yous ave really often so you don't lose progress somehow okay

(I've lost a lot of progress because I forgot to save and computer shut down or something...)

Okay, I’ve figured it out, but still the NightWings with two-part names have colors like Light Brown, which is supposed to be reserved for MudWings. How do I fix this?

I’ve decided there will be 9 color variations for each dragon, maybe more if I feel like it.

I have to go. Mud, Sand, Sky, and Sea colors are done.

Now it’s bugged again. I tried to code it so that the special abilities would be for each tribe (e.g. a Night wouldn’t have leafspeak), but I messed it up. Now, if we have a Night, its color would be NightWing, its name would be NightWing, and its special ability would be NightWing.
