a random thought that's probably already been suggested but ehhhh

So basically, a wandering nicheling or rogue can have a personality that affects how they interact with your tribe or hypothetical other in-game tribes. 

There could be a scale of like, 1 to 5, for each stat, such as

Bold vs Shy (do they come up close to your tribe or are they shy and will run away if you try to approach them)

Social Butterfly or Loner (Are they more likely to confront a nicheling far away from others or a large concentrated group. Could be combined w brave vs shy I guess)

Stubborn vs Submissive (Are they more likely to steal food, annoy tribemates even after you attack them or do they give up immediately. Are they more likely to join your tribe)

Aggressive vs Peaceful (If you attack them, will they attack back or will they retreat)

Lust levels (Will they follow around a certain nicheling if they like them. Rogues always have high lust levels. Attractiveness increases lust)

Hunter vs Gatherer (Do they prefer to hunt or gather, idk. Stats can mildly affect this.)

There could also be likes and dislikes that could help you persuade them to join your tribe.

Perhaps this also slightly alters (by 1 or 2) how much you need to 'pay' to get them to join? More stubborn = more food to join? 

(but they usually have rarer/more useful genes so its a payoff)
