TundraKitsune Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 A new thread that will probably not be updated very often to throw my art on Here is art done with new shading style. Opinions would be appreciated 11

Opinions would be appreciated I like it. The line art is well done and the colors are balanced (So you don't have the problem Like I do with clashing colors.😆) The shading is nice but looks a bit like dirt (I mean in the sense of playing in mud and getting dirty and not in a mean way.) But that's only on the gray and white parts the rest of the shading blends in well. My thoughts are that it's the brush or the color you're using for the shading. I suggest trying out a darker grey/ white. Unless that was the look you were going for then it's absolutely fine. (Once again nice way not mean) (Say if I'm over stepping, I'm not sure) 1

I'm not sure if this is on purpose, though. 1

TundraKitsune Posted April 11, 2020 Author Posted April 11, 2020 I feel like I should start showing off sketches as well as completed art. Here's some sketches that I did for experimentation with drawing cats in crouching position, a pose I'm not used to drawing 1 7
TundraKitsune Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 Oh nothing, just some art based on a thing that nobody, maybe one or two people if I'm lucky will understand And also an attempt to get better at drawing humans And also a drawing that I'm honestly very unironically proud of Yes this drawing is the source of the "10/10 'hand'" I posted to my homebase 2

I dunno... I'm bad at tips. I tried to keep the colouring somewhat close to the lineart, don't know if that helps. Sorry for not having better advice 1
