0.3.1 bomb-bug base spawing late

I played this planet a few times already and knew where to shoot in advance to kill those pests, but in this case the two bases just popped into existance.

I could not reproduce the behaviour after more than ten tries.

Maybe it's because i tried to play my cheap laptop (Pentium N4200, 4GB) that had a special sluggish moment (about 5 fps), never saw this on the i7 desktop.

Yes as you might already have figured out, the reason is the CPU. It had too much to calculate at once with all the physics and therefore delayed the update of the terrain chunk.

We'll try to improve the performance and the way the enemies are activated or disabled when out of screen to reduce the plopping up of enemies and landscape for the next update :)
