Iris's Vengeance

A branch, and era on the Adam Tribe that got banished what seemed like so long ago emerge ready to strike vengeance. 

Iris, Daughter of the Daughter of the fallen leader of the Adam Tribe. The leader who for a short period of time rules over the tribe fiercely. 

After Iris's mother got banished from the tribe by None other than a reincarnation of Lion, previous leader of the Adam tribe, she had one child on some of her last days. Uttering to her daughter she pleaded, on her last breath,

"Find Adam's homeland, and take back what was ours . . ."

Iris stunned by her mothers death grew up alone fighting to survive until she was an adult, and her conquest to fulfill her mother request could begin.

Iris found herself On a small Island, alone.

 

Within a day of two Iris carefully began to explore the edges of the island. Only to stumble into an older male nicheling. Despite his appearance and age Iris found him quite charming.

"Hello, I'm Iris, what's your name?", Iris asked. Her shy-ish personality showing through.

"The names Leo!", He answered enthusiastically. His voice proud with a slight rasp to it.

With this new nicheling Iris had many questions. That she asked constantly. 

"How long have you been here, have you seen any other nicheling's?", Iris slurred out another round of questions. Despite her actions being Leo found himself captivated by her in many way's.                                     

            "Would you want to be my mate?", Leo exclaimed suddenly.

                                                                                                                      

Iris nodded in agreement thinking about her goal and the fact she'll need someone to continue forward.                                                                                                                                                                     With this Iris was expectant with her first child. Then Iris's first child was born.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

"What should we name her?", Leo Asked. 

"Amalita, that was my mothers name.", Iris responded. Her blue eye's blazing with something 

Leo didn't understand. Rage, happiness, who knows what Iris was feeling int hat moment, Leo didn't care.

Amalita with her tan fur and digger paw from her farther, and nibble fingers from her mother she seemed perfectly balance.

"You will do great things, I know you will", Iris whispered softly in Amalita ear. A wicked smirk on her face.

[I had this idea for a story based off of something that happen in my Adam Play through and here it is. I'm really interested to continue this one.]

As Amalita grew Iris and Leo decided to have one more child. Iris new that if she had two children they would be able to work together, something she was unable to do.

Iris noticed how much Leo seemed to slow down. Loosing some of his spark that she grew to love when they first met.

She tried to ignore this however and focused on Amalita. 

She complemented the best time to tell her about the quest that would be on her shoulder. 

"Is something wrong?", Leo asked. His voice quieter than normal.

"No, I'm just thinking.", Iris narrowed her eye's as she continued to look down at Amalita, her green eye's wide.

A Few day's later Iris settle down in her nest. Only to find Leo lethargic . She knew his time was limited.  

Then the next day after giving Birth to her second daughter she found Leo dead. A bitter sweet moment to say the least.

"I'll name you Kaoth, a name Leo had suggested before.", Iris murmured. Kaoth with her big perky ears, and tan coloring looked like yet another mixture of Leo and Iris.

Soon Iris had her hands full teaching her eldest daughter how to collect berry's. Also trying her best to show her how to dig up roots as well.

"So what's the best way to dig up root's?", Amalita asked.

"I'm not sure, just, like that, that's how your farther did it,",Iris exclaimed.

More time passed, Iris showing both of her daughters the best way to collect.

"Kaoth, Amalita, come here, It's high time I told you something.", Iris called. Amailita came out of the grasses dragging her little sister with her. 

"You, you didn't have ta, to do that.",Kaoth grumbled. Amalita shook her head and looked up at her mother.

"Long ago, before I was even born, our bloodline lead a tribe. Filled with nichelings, all descended of Adam. My Grandmother was the ruler of these niches, with my mother next in line to become the next leader. The tribe however didn't like how my grandmother lead them and overthrew her. Banishing her and my mother from the tribe.", Iris paused.

"How dare they do that,that's, that's terrible.". Amalita growled puffing up her chest. Iris smiled then said the words that her mother said to her.

"Find Adam's Homeland, and show them were not a force to be reckoned with.", Iris whispered into Amalita's ear. Well close to what her mother said. Amilita's eye's sparked up.

"We'll show them just what were made of!!", Amilita screeched.

"Wait, wait, mom why didn't you, you tell meeee!", Koath wined.

"In due time, you both we'll lead on building up a strong tribe, until we get back to ours.", Iris finished.

As more time passed Amalita consistently asked her mother questions aboout Adam's Tribe.

"Okay, I have one more question.", Amalita exclaimed.

"Go, ahead.", Iris nodded.

"Could we start moving to Adams homeland, now?", Amalita suddenly over joyed at the thought.

"Yeah, yeah can we,ca, ca can we!!", Kaoth also excited by the thought."

"A divine idea.", Iris agreed sending both of her daughter's in a frenzy of excitement. They then headed off to a new island. One island closer to Adam's Homeland. *(I want to note Adam's homeland is a swamp island in this case.)

"Wow this island is sooooo much bigger than the one we were one before.", Amalita exclaimed. Gazing across the ocean and just how far the island went along for.

"It, is quite a big island...",Iris began before Kaoth interrupted her.

"But, what about how we got here it took soooo, long, and, and the stepping stone's, they, they're gone.", Kaoth stammered fidgeting her paws.

"Kaoth, you still have that terrible stammer, I thought you would have grown out of it by now...",Iris peered sideways. Halfway murmuring it to herself. As such Kaoth didn't her her.

"Come on I want to explore this place!", Amalita beckoned.

The sister's set off eager to explore the island.

"He,he, hey look I, I found a nest!", Kaoth called over to Amalita. 

"Wow, nice find.", Amalita praised. Kaoth gleamed with the approval of her older sister. Iris smiled seeing her two daughter finally, truly getting along. Something which they did not do when they were younger.

"Ca,ca, come on, mom! We, have, so, so much to explore!", Kaoth yipped. Batting at the grasses in front of her face.

Iris wanted to but she felt so weak. She tumbled on the ground.

"Mom!?", Amalita and Kaoth yelled in unison. 

Amalita, and Kaoth guided their mother to the nest Kaoth found. Though she refused to go into it.

"My time seems to be coming to an end... just remember what I told you to do.", Iris's voice trailed off and she went limp on the ground.

"Na,na,Now what do we do?", Kaoth asked softly.

"I, I'm going to find a nice place to bury her.", Amalita responded.

"How, how about by tha, that rock we saw near where we, we first arrived?", Kaoth suggested.

"That's, a really good idea.", Amalita responded softly."

"Help me get her their, Koath".

 

*I'm saying Adam's Home island is a swamp because, firstly, that's where my niche's in my Adam save are now. Secondly because Iris's grandmother rules during the time they were about to travel to the swamp.

Sorry for the sad ending to this update.

Marsh: Wow I can't believe Odi's dead.

Silvio: Yeah, he'll live on in his daughter Obsidian though.

Marsh: That also Mean's Damion's line finally died out, Obsidian counts, but...

Silvio: Huh? Who's Damion? 

Marsh: One of the previous leaders of our tribe.

Silvio: If he is why have I never heard of him?

Marsh: Because he's not exactly popular, he was the first leader of the Kingdom Era.

Silvio: He was the one who started it?

Marsh: Did you listen to any of the Oracles lessons? 

Silvio: Waggs was soooo boring, I fell asleep as soon as he started talking.

Marsh: *Shakes head This is why I'm the older brother.

Silvio: Ugh, just tell be already

Marsh: Damion was the first son of the leader at the time. He was born during the time our first Oracle was alive. She came over to him and sense some dark energy in his.... um soul?

Silvio: You don't even know.

Marsh: I do, I'm just not an Oracle. Anyway being raised as the future leader didn't help with him at all. He was described as being selfish. Along with bratty, probably. 

Silvio: So what did he do.

Marsh: He crowned himself "King Damion", even had a "Queen". They were terrible Waggs even said that they disowned their first son because he had webbed feet!

Silvio: Well, that's bad, but.

Marsh: Let me finish. He then command our tribe around, not like were his tribe mate's, as though we were servants below his, "class". Even going as far as saying any nicheling that had deformities or any water genes should be banished from the Tribe.

Marsh: Odi was descended was Zachery, well he was "Prince" Zachery at the time. The only webbed foot son they accepted into their ranks. I think that's why he didn't get banish with his mother and sister. His mother being the first Daughter of Damion.

Silvio: Wow, so the stories about Lion being reincarnated and dethroning a leader, is true?

Marsh: Yep, That probably the most amazing thing, Lion is one of the most re-known leaders of our tribe . . . besides Adam, of course.

Marsh: *Yawn Anyway, it's time for my nap, leave my den.

Silvio: *Role's eye's "It's just a nest surrounded by thorns."(mumbled)

Another post, I don't know I'm just super pumped about this playthrough and wanted to give some background information.

A few Day's passed after the death of Iris. Amalita and Kaoth began to explore more of the island. Making the Area around the nest Kaoth found their home.

"Ok we should clear out more of this area, and..", Amalita began before Kaoth interrupted her.

"Do, do, you hear that?", Kaoth asked. Her big ears perked and her fluffy tail bristled.

"No, Kaoth calm down what could you possible hear.", Amalita rolled her eye's tearing down the grass in front of her.

"Na,na,no I really heard something.", Koath uttered again her sister not even listening. Suddenly the grasses in font of them began to rustle.  Kaoth could see something spiky and orange poking through.

"Ama,ama,Amalita, Look, look, over there!", Kaoth screeched drawing her tail over her body.

Amalita jumped head first into the grasses only to find a prickly being behind them.

"Ow, wha, Who are you?", Amalita asked. Kaoth moved and unveiled herself looking at the nicheling that sat before them. He was an older male with bright orange fur.

"Orvet, my name's Orvet.", He responded.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Amalita and this is my younger sister, Kaoth.",Amalita exclaimed a smile on her face. Kaoth mustered a small grin, she didn't like Orvet, not in the slightest.

"You guy's wouldn't mind if I stick around a little would ya?", Orvet asked.

"Of Course not!",Amalita responded before Kaoth could even open her mouth.

When Orvet became an official member of their little tribe Kaoth noticed Amalita behavior changed. Even so she was shocked when she found out they had become mates.

"Wha, Why did you be, become mates with him.", Koath sneered.

"Nothing's wrong with him, it's not my problem you don't like him!", Amalita hissed. Turning away from her sister. Orvet, none the wiser, sat there cocking his head.

Kaoth dashed off into the grasses, she didn't know why she didn't like Orvet, but she didn't. Amalita can be mates with him  if she wishes.

Off Kaoth went to explore the land, and get away from her sister.

Koath pushed through the weed and stray grasses until Orvet and Amalita were out of sight. With her fur ruffled from the argument with her sister she shook herself. Then lay slap in front of her a, a . .. 

"Wha,wha, what is this?", Koath mumbled to herself. Circling the orange . . . fruit? No use for it now, and no interest in eating it Kaoth laid down. She wasn't going to sleep anywhere near that . .. creature. She curled up into a tight little ball with her tail on the tip of her muzzle.

"I'll show my sister that, I don't need them, and won't stand for her and Orvet to be together, yeah, she'll see.", Kaoth thought to herself closing her eye's. 

One night and a morning passed and Kaoth still wasn't anywhere to be seen.

 

Amalita would be lying to herself to if she said she wasn't worried about her sister. She couldn't understand why she was upset. Orvet did nothing wrong, did she not like the fact that she had someone else.

Amalita understood  quickly why Kaoth was upset. She wanted to go find her but she had something new to deal with. Amalita had given birth to her first son.

"How about we name him, Theron.",Amalita suggested. 

"I'm fine with that.",Orvet responded. Looking at Theron she remembered what her mother had told her. Now she must find the right time to tell him what his duty was.

For now though, while he's small she will just think... plot, exactly what she want's to happen.

Kaoth stared at the strange fruit all day. It was boring to say the least, she didn't want to go back yet, but the longer she sat their the more she asked herself,

"Why am I upset?" . She heard a sudden rustle in the grass, not afraid she stood up. Come out already, she sniffed the air. The sent was sharp, and frankly, disgusting. She felt suddenly uneased, it was just a wanderer . . . right? Kaoth didn't want to risk the chance it could be someone else and ran through the grasses until she was back in the clearing with her sister and Orvet.

"I'm sorry for leaving I just didn't want you to pay all your attention to Orvet!", Koath blurted out.

"It's okay Kaoth, just don't leave again.You are also an aunt now.", Amalita beckoned Kaoth over. "His name is Theron", she added.

Soon after Kaoth return Orvet and Amalita decided to have another child, their first daughter.

"Her shall be.... Sirl, that Iris spelled backward. After me and Koath's mother.", Amalita explained. Though Orvet didn't seem to care.

"I get to name the next one, got it!", Orvet laughed nuzzling Amalita. 

"Theron, come here, I'm going to tell you a story, a very interesting story.", Amalita's voice went low trying not to alert Orvet attention.

"What's the story, I'm ready to listen.", Theron gleamed.

 

I'm going to try and upload one of this everyday, don't quote me on that But I'll try. Still have some more screen shots to make into another update.

I know I haven't posted on this in a while and that is because I have found interest in writing another story. This story is a Wolf quest inspired story following the difficult journal(there backstory) of two wolves who are bother and sister. I not going to post this anywhere since it's not related to Niche. So that's what I'm focusing my creative energy on at the moment.
