Introducing the "newbie" Group

Hello Everybody 🙂

We've just introduced a new group "newbie" for new users. This group has fewer permissions but newbies will automatically get promoted to "member" after they post some content.

We hope that this stops spammers from making new accounts to send spam via the Private Messaging system. Should you still receive spam please report this to us.
