it's a species of marten—which is in the same family as otters, badgers and ferrets

Here’s a fun, slightly NSFW fact about female hyenas!

They actually have... how do I put this in a kid-friendly way? Female hyenas have penile-clitorises, which is a pseudo pp that acts very similarly to a male hyena’s pp. Do I know why they exist? No. Do I know why female hyenas give birth through them too? No. But they exist, making female hyenas the unofficial trans girl pride animals!

On wikipedia it says they're least concern. Apparently they were threatened but in 2016 their numbers came back up : D

I had a to do a project in my wildlife class about an animal and I chose the sandcat

One fact that I remember right now is that it's hard for Sand cats to be raised in captivity because the kittens would die
