Gazelle started following them, lagging behind a bit. Prosper and KosaKola had been talking while the others weren't paying attention. Nobody knows what happened, but Kosa is now expecting a little one. Aspen (the little one) spent her time waiting for a stagmole to come out of the dirt. She even stuck her paw in, but pulled it back out when something bit her. When Pretich and Pitch rejoined the group, Pitch was crying. Simula was confused and tried to calm her down. Simula lay in the nest with her claws out, almost like she was about to attack something. This brought fear to the tribe. Aspen hesitantly took the child and placed her on the ports. Then, suddenly, the grass starts to part. Melen opened her mouth to scream, but Pretich stopped her when she saw Gazelle. Then, what looked like two rogues stepped out from behind her. Pretich questioned this, but Gazelle dismissed it. Prosper invited them onto the ports, which the rest of the tribe seemed to be okay with. His legacy has become Gazelle's Legacy, since Vipress never got the chance to meet her child. Brix has been forgotten. It is now Simula's legacy, which lives on through her daughter. KosaKola gets a bad feeling and tries to run off to find them, but the tribe stop her. They don't want her getting lost when she has a new baby to take care of. Butch questioned them, but got distracted by the fact that Aspen had a bruise over her eye. Melen hissed at Butch to leave them alone. Prosper seemed to have simply disappeared. Melen pulls the children closer to herself, hissing at Butch and Gazelle. Aspen hid behind her, trying to stay out of sight. Amarta looked down at her mother, who had stopped coughing somewhere around the time that the sun came up. She didn't know how to feel about a mother that was ashamed of her. She felt like she owed something to her, but didn't know what. Voko, Bracket, and Onion went to search for Prosper. Bracket eventually found Prosper huddled up by a cactus. Prosper had cuts all over, which was supposedly from the cactus he was trying to eat from. He stopped and turned around to see a white and black nicheling with threatening fangs. Whispen whimpered, slowly backing away. Butch sighed and stopped trying to talk to them. As Bracket cleared the area around Prosper, Onion and Voko walked up to him. Onion stared at the body. Voko leaned over towards Bracket and whispered something. "He was like this when I found him." The tribe is living in fear of whomever had went against the royalty. Rogues have been catching the tribe off guard, and rogue children are starting to dominate the tribe. Those who have been here since last island live in fear, but their children are unaware of what might have happened. The tribe hopped the stone, leaving the oldest four behind. They were surprised at how stable the stones were compared to other island-travelling stones. As soon as they arrived, everyone settled on dry land. They were all tired, needing to rest before they even got a good look at their surroundings. Almost everyone had a bit of trouble moving around due to the rush of heat that had set in, but they still did their best to collect. Santor looked down at her child, frowning when she saw the thorns around their neck. She couldn't do anything about it, and just had to deal with the fact that she might not ever have the 'perfect' child. (This is cringey don't judge me) Prosi was proud of her child. She didn't have an ugly face like the others, and she even had a claw! (I'm somewhat too lazy to keep writing rn, my brain can't think.
