tech tree for the drill

a tech tree for the drill so that you could go faster and potentially drill through resources to collect them but with an increase in energy consumption.

The drill is too weak right now when compared to some upgraded weapons.

I think it's a good idea to have upgrades for different parts.

The drill could use some of the existing upgrades like range and spread. 'Just' needs the slots to plug em in.

I really really like the idea of permitting the drill to collect resources.  I'm not sure range and spread is appropriate, since they're supposed to be contact weapons, but digging and energy use are absolutely candidates.

Not just the drill, I think the saw, spike, and TNT also need tech!
