Add the ability to order which batteries/fuel tanks should drain first

Right now, the order of which batteries, fuel tanks (...capacitors, etc...) drain first is based entirely on the order in which they are added to the drone. In some cases you may want a certain part to get used before another. I think the option to prioritize which parts fuel and energy comes from would be extremely helpful!

I second this idea of more options for how tanks drain.  Including an option for all tanks to drain at the same time would also be nice.  Having only one tank of reserve fuel/energy for speed and damage bursts is limiting when I actually have enough refill capacity to keep tanks and batteries full between bursts.

This would be nice. Add a "priority" field to each battery/shield.
Drain higher priority ones first, falling back to "first added" for parts in the same priority index

I think it would also be really cool to get the ability to drain fuel in parallel from tanks rather than in series.

I don't think I want to see a priority switch for this - but just being able to use linkage would really help - either the closer to the core, or the closer to the appropriate engine, so that there's a clear rule which can be used.
