Applesauce Posted June 4, 2020 Author Posted June 4, 2020 Also another rock. Floo remains calm despite the danger. 1 1
Applesauce Posted June 4, 2020 Author Posted June 4, 2020 The next day it rains. A nice, cooling rain. Just what he needs. Thats it, just rain, nothing else to see... ...*GASP* OH WHO DO WE HAVE HERE?! A nice tall female awaiting in the grasses. and her pet rabbil, but it's seems thats not important. 1 2
Applesauce Posted June 4, 2020 Author Posted June 4, 2020 oooo a lovely yellow lady it appears. Without hesitation, Floo runs up to introduce himself. She's older, a little to old to be a mate, but that doesn't mean that she won't make good company. After telling her his name, he proceeds to ask her if she'll join him in his journey across the lands. 'Why I'd love to! I was born on this island and I sure as heck don't wanna die here. Plus you seem like a polite young fella. Also my name's Lula.' Then they spend the whole rest of the day eating berries and getting aquatinted. Or more like Lula tells Floo her life story. She tells him that she was born here as a half rouge child. The tribe was going through some tough times, and there wasn't any room for a kid like her. So she's been on her own for her whole life. She says she's always known that she wasn't adapted to survive in the jungle with her large size and thick fur. She's always wanted a chance to leave. Somewhere cooler, with mountains and waterfalls. Just never thought she'd make it on her own. 2 1
Applesauce Posted June 5, 2020 Author Posted June 5, 2020 In the morning, Lula sets out for the tree. There, she finds a nice nest to plop down in. Floo sticks behind to collect up the rest of the berries. They will need to gather up more food now that there's two of them. Plus he just likes berries. 2 1
Applesauce Posted June 5, 2020 Author Posted June 5, 2020 When Floo arrives at the tree, Lula tells him to keep up, because it's gonna be a long way off the island. Also that he gonna need to learn how to share berries. 3
Applesauce Posted June 5, 2020 Author Posted June 5, 2020 oooooooo lots of nuts. Floo likes nuts. He want. 2 1
Applesauce Posted June 5, 2020 Author Posted June 5, 2020 Anyways, the pair continue to move until they run into a lush berry bush packed with berries. They must stop, for it takes a will of steal to ignore a berry bush so full. Floo picks while Lula keeps the rabbils away. A good team they make. 1 1
Applesauce Posted June 5, 2020 Author Posted June 5, 2020 The next morning, Lula grows a taste for rabbil and goes hunting. Success. She offers Floo some but to her surprise he doesn't eat meat. She never heard of a nicheling not eating meat before. This little green boy is very strange, but a good friend. 2 1
Applesauce Posted June 5, 2020 Author Posted June 5, 2020 In the distance, Lula spots it. The snowy port. Their exit off the jungle island. She runs over to Floo like a little cub. Bouncing with joy, she squeezes him. 'We did it! The port is near and we can finally be off this stinky island!' Though Floo is excited too, he has bigger concerns, for not far away he smells a delicious scent. 2 1
Applesauce Posted June 5, 2020 Author Posted June 5, 2020 Lula tells him not to pick from that tree, cause it could attract trouble. But, she knows theres no point in trying to persuade him. Once Floo finds a scent he likes, there's no hope until he has eaten whatever is at the end of the trail. He munch. 2 1
Applesauce Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 It's that time again. Next morning the pair wake up to the soft pitter-patter of raindrops. Floo runs over to sit next to Lula on the port. Smelling his fragrant fur, Lula gives Floo a lick, just before heading off into the unknown. 3
Applesauce Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 Without hesitation, Lula jumps off the port and starts rolling around in the lush, cool grass. 'Finally, we made it,' she says with relief and joy. But all she smells is a stinky old root. Floo comes over to smell. 2 1
Applesauce Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 Ah, some berry bushes near by. One has normal purple berries, but the second one smells different. It's a berry bush, just different... 3
Applesauce Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 Lula does not care for the other berry bush. She goes to curl up by the one closest. She is tried from rolling around and traveling islands. Floo, on the other hand, is curious of this strange berry bush and decides to move closer. 2
Applesauce Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 When Floo wake up from his long sleep, he starts eating the berries from the strange berry bush. 'Don't eat those!' Lula runs over to Floo. 'They're poison!' But Floo makes big flex. He says because of his toxic fur and being a constant hazard to the environment he doesn't need to worry about poison. Lula is a little scared but doesn't question it. 3 2
Applesauce Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 On their travels they encounter another rock, but they rock doesn't seem to notice them. Stupid rock. 1 1
Applesauce Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 Lula smells bird the next morning, and the huntress in her takes over. She WANT BIRD DEAD. She pounces on bird, but mistakes attacking bird for clearing grass. It's ok, she getting old, it happens. 2 1 1
Applesauce Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 In the morning, Floo finds a stump to sing on. And by sing I mean he says 'CAW-KA.' Like a bird. Sadly this does not attract any little critters or nichelings. In fact, they probably ran in the other direction but that's not important. Anyways, Lula waits at the berry bush while Floo does his morning singing. She encourages him from the sides. 2 1
