  1. Nice. Looking forward to finally being able to provide some financial support to you guys for this game, since I don't have a way to do so directly as a contributor.
  2. Sorry, meant to reply sooner. The shields work fine now in 0.2.4 Thanks for the update.
  3. Was it an intended change to make it so shield generators now use massively more power then they used to? They still say energy used per second: 20, but only 4 shield generators now require over 20 solar panels to power them, even though the solar panels are each producing 25 energy per second. And all 20 panels are getting drained almost to 0 so none of the weapons on the drone can be used without loosing at least 1 of the shields. Also, the shields no longer block laser based weapons of any kind, even though their tool tip still says they do. Any laser just goes right through the shield as though it is not there. And even missile based weapons seem to go right through the shield and damage parts of the drone. This is vs the drones in the testing room. On a planet, the shield still blocks the little hive minions weapons, but also still use more then 5x the energy listed in their tooltips.
  4. Simply that. If you start the game and delete one of the saves to start over, the game will not load any of the other saves, or a new save, without first shutting the game down and then restarting. If you try loading a different/new save without restarting, the game just goes to a grey screen and does nothing. Letting the game run for several minutes has no effect, the game still sits at the grey screen. Loading a save, for me, only takes between 4 and 12 seconds normally. I had not tried deleting a save while still playing on the older Demo version so I do not know if the bug existed back then. I had no reason to do so until now. This is using the in game save removal feature. The [X] button next to the save.
  5. Who needs Mining drills when you've got a pocket Dreadnought with Large Explosive rocket shotguns?
  6. Well, this game is fun to play. But after a few hours of playing I have found that using bullet based weapons is far outclassed by using rocket based weapons. Rockets are faster, longer ranged, and easier to hit with then bullets. But with both bullets and rockets using the same amount of power, there seems to be no reason to use bullets as it stands. Having something that makes bullets stand out a bit would make them more useful in my opinion. Something as simple as bullet based weapons using less energy then rocket based weapons. Even if it is 1/2 or even 2/3 as much power, by default, then comparable rocket based weapons, that would give them an edge in efficiency builds. This way, you can go efficient with bullets and use the saved mass of reduced energy needs for fuel and thrusters, Or go range and power but have to drop some fuel and thrusters with a full rocket build. As for the two emitter weapons, spark and flame... I have not really played around with them to have an opinion on where they stand compaired to the other two weapon types.
