Hey, cannibalism is really common in the animal kingdom, I wouldn't be surprised if Nichelings weren't an exception

It never made sense to me that blind Nichelings were virtually useless when lots of species are completely blind, like some kinds of moles and fish that live in dark places. I suggest a few different options:
- A new, cave-like or underground biome would be added. In this biome, the blind creatures roam freely with the use of scent and hearing. Who knows, maybe the Vision button would be disabled on this island to make the regular-eyed Nichelings at a disadvantage.
- Blind eyes would give the Echolocation ability, allowing the blind Nicheling to move freely. The Echolocation screen would be added to the toggleable senses, where it looks like smelling or hearing. Maybe blind creatures would also become nocturnal?
- The blind Nicheling is free to move while any of the toggleable senses, except sight, are activated.
Tell me which one you like best, and which one you think might actually be implemented in the game. Thanks for reading

I think 2 is a little overpowered, maybe 1 tile for one paw and 3 tiles for a set?

I think this island would be really cool if it were really big and had no ports. Of course it'd be a sort of challenge mode that you can't access from regular sandbox mode islands.

But in all seriousness, this would be really cool to add! If a tribe is really old, it can sometimes get confusing on what islands you're looking for, and all the important Nichelings born.

I like the idea of it being an ancient gene, or at least one that's really hard to get, rather than giving it a cool down. The one I drew would, like the Derp Snout, not show what ears it has, showing the spade headpiece instead, but the dominant ears' stats would still apply, and like the Bearyena Snout it wouldn't have a mane. Also I gave it a blue toxic body because it's a squid, why not? I think the beak would be the same color as the horns, just like platypus beak and regular beak. Didn't know what to do with the suction cups, so I just made them pink in order to stand out from the rest of the body. I think on top of the spit ability it should also have +1 gathering and +1 cracking.

Wait, wouldn't the bearyena hybrids have 0 speed? If you have full bearyena genes, you only have 1 speed (assuming that you have the big body on them). Minus 1 for the whole set, and that would leave your nicheling immobile.
