Also, no file called player.log and it doesn't launch when anti-virus is disabled

There is an error created when starting nimbatus.
It doesn't mean anything to me but maybe you can learn something from it.

I'm running directx 11 and my drivers are up to date.

I'm using windows 8.1
the 32 bit didn't launch either.

I have the same issue with windows but there is no error message... running as admin didn't work.

I got the zipped demo files. unzipped them fine. but it wont open no matter how i try to run the exe it wont ever open/run. i have full admin rights on my pc.

That didn't help either.
Maybe its the fact I'm using windows 8.1 Industry pro instead of a home or other type. I haven't had problems with any other games though.
