  1. from what I can tell most wild animals that are white seem to have black rather than pink noses (pictured examples are a polar bear, Arctic wolf, Arctic fox, dall sheep, mountain goat and harp seal pup). that being said I wouldn't really care if nichelings had pink or black noses, it doesn't really make a difference to me

Another thing that could be added could be the negation of Underwater Breathing? Maybe that would be too much in conjunction with the other debuffs, but it could make sense that with respiratory problems they could have a -1 or -2 underwater breathing stat. Not sure if it's necessary or realistic, but it just popped into my head so I figured I'd tack it on, haha :)

I don't think the derp snout would affect a nicheling's ability to breathe underwater seeing as the breathing difficulties caused by it would arise from having a deformed face and therefore a messed up nose and breathing passage (not very technical terms but I'm sure you know what I mean lol). nichelings that can breathe underwater breathe through gills from certain genes rather than through a nose. I believe the only way a nicheling with the derp snout would be able to breathe underwater would be to have that body which has all the fins and gills and stuff which I cannot remember the name of, and the gills on that should be far enough away from the face to not be affected by the deformities

Sandstorm is Squirrelflight's mother, and also the daughter of Brindleface

I'm pretty sure this isn't actually canon, just one of the many things the Erin's said once and have probably forgotten about. in the books Ashfur and Ferncloud were actually said to be Brindleface's first kittens

it turns out most things that are poisonous have to eat something poisonous in order to have the signature poison, monarch butterfly's are poisonous but only because they poisonous leaves called milkweed, so this has to have poison resistance.

yes I replied to you the first time you suggested poison resistance, agreeing with you. no need to keep arguing your point 🙂

maybe it could add +2 cold resistance

maybe if you reread my post you will find that that is exactly the stats I suggested for it 👀

  6. this suggestion is only 2 posts beneath your one: please try not to make a post for something that's already been suggested, especially if it's so far up the front page and practically impossible to miss

I also have to say I'm really not a fan of the mane types that would cover the eyes. those genes would be even more useless than the blind gene if they don't even give the slight boost to the other senses that blindness gives.
