Please make sure you have an internet connection, restart the game, restart Steam.
Sometimes it apperently takes Steam a while to register achievements.

It's very strange how each player seems to have a different achievement that isn't working for them but works for everybody else

I have restarted my whole computer a couple time after I should have got the achievement, but I still haven't got it.

I just went through oasis, and in there I caught so many clouwkois but no achievement.

So I had these twins, that should both count as raccoon, but I didn't get the achievement. And my internet is working just fine, so that shouldn't be the problem.

[Not giving tribemates food.]

I had this exact idea!! The fourth rank would be perfect for ex. killing of your tribemates that you dont want to banish so they could steal your food sources!

[hurting your tribemates]

Ability to hurt other tribemates, without having to banish them first.

Could be used to get rid of unwanted tribemates or children without them running away and stealing your food, because u had to banish them.
