[Ps4 Niche Game - Stuck on Loading Screen]

Hi there, I have uninstalled and re-installed my Niche PS4 game twice and still can't get past the frozen world loading screen where you can select either a new game or a saved game. Have attached a photo of the issue. Looks like this has happened to other people but not sure how to fix it.
