Nobelium Uranium

There's a damage downgrade, so why not a digging downgrade? Pretty useful in certain situations where you do not want to damage terrain/resources.

I feel like double clicking a planet/arena/wormhole should take you to said planet/arena/wormhole, saves a few clicks and would generally feel much more intuitive.
