You followed them back towards the cave where you had first met.

He warily continued going down the stairs.

Woodstar listened attentively. "Okay, I'll send a patrol to check it out. Would you like to be included in it?"

You noticed them leaving camp. they kept looking behind them, as if hiding something.

As you were working, you thought about Hollowbrook, you wondered where they were, you hadnt seen them since the ceremony.

He finished talking and walked over to you. "I noticed you were watching me. Is there something you'd like to discuss?"

He looked up and down, tense. It was one of the first sounds he'd heard from something else in hours.

"Yeah, I guess. Only two more moons to go." She walked off to go brag to her littermates about her new friend.

(no😭) He went back to the stairwell and started to walk down slowly, he had no energy left.

Woodstar was just finishing talking to Briarnose, and you caught his eye.

After the ceremony was over, all the cats started preparing for the gathering. Nettlekit walked up to you. "I wish I were going to the gathering. I'm still too young to even be an apprentice."

You didnt notice anything unusual, other than Hollowbrook and Nettlekit cheering just a bit louder than everyone else.

There was no sign of the eyes, but you still got an uncomfortable feeling from them.

"As you may have noticed, we have a new warrior among us (ඞ)," She beckoned you forwards, "Houndspark, a former rogue, has decided to join our clan. They will be training among you while they recover from injuries."

(AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAH) He reached the end of the hallway and looked out the window, onto the once familiar street.

Briarnose nodded and walked away.
