As i head that you needed a electricity and fuel source connected to your drone and not decoupled recently i have had an idea. Ok. So here is the idea. So the logic link will allow you to have electricity and fuel from one drone part that is disconnected from the main drone to share and/or transfer to other parts of the drone like the main part or other side parts. There also needs to be some sort of penalty, Big cost, Or complex to set up because to be honest it really is a Overpowered part but also a useful part. You could create satellites that hold electricity and fuel, snake parts that can be decoupled and send into space for a backup fuel supply, etc. And if you can you should make it so that you can toggle sharing and transferring if your gonna go the share and transfer route and to toggle if the logic link is going to be on or off. You can call it something else if you like. Logic link is just the name i could think up of for it.
