This would work, with the player having access to a "world builder mode", whereby the player has a clean empty environemnt to play with, being able to decide the elevation, biomes and location of resources such as berry plants. This would allow for large custom worlds to be built, which could be designed by any one individual, and possibly shared to provide others with a new and original world to play in.
