He pulls out the dried flesh and rips a chunk out of it with his massive teeth, chewing on it. glug. "name's Velzareth. people call me Vel." beat. "Ok, ok, they don't call me that, but it's a cool nickname."

He starts rifling through his tail packs. "It's been a rough couple of weeks and it's only gotten worse and worse, man, you won't BELIEVE it..." Several things can be seen in his massive packs -- small slivers of silver, gold, some paper, feathers, a capsule of ink, a dagger, some weird rock with a sigil carved into it, several scrolls and a large chunk of dried flesh. "I've been down a lonely road, those aforementioned weeks." His glasses fall off "nngh." He catches them and puts them back on

He gets up, and then sees the two of them, his eyes widening. "NO WAY SOMEONE SAW THAT. ghh... that's wonderful. Yeah, I'm ok." 

*Kira huffs in amusement and slowly uncoils herself until she's standing, walking silently over to the large dragon* "That was quite a... dramatic... entrance..."  

*Stardust jumps back, startled* "are you ok?!"
