  1. Yeah, that would be pretty fun to play with in game. Having a blind bat nicheling that can uses squeaks instead to see. So, this would be the only instance where blindness isn’t all too bad. XP
  2. Are there bat wings still in development, or, were the wings we got in the latest update the only pair?
  3. I like the idea greatly, and the illustration you provided! A few fun downsides/upsides could be Lick to Heal, actually causes the bleeding to worsen. And, attacks always cause a Bleeding Buff on the creature you attack. (A trait of blood drinking bats that I find interesting, their saliva is an anticoagulant. Bats are so cool.)
  4. A Few New Gene Suggestions: Bat Head: A New Head that allows you to hear/echolocate(better hearing improves the move distance). To clarify, this is the only gene where hearing allows movement. You can suck the blood of PREY, adding some food to reserves. And, your attacks always inflict the Bleeding Buff. Additionally, trying to lick friend’s wounds fails and makes the bleeding worse. Bat Wings: Functions like regular ones, but, there is a -1(or)2 cold resistance, +1(or)2 heat resistance. Bat Sight: Eyes that work best in the dark cave for 3-Spaces, but, become nearly useless in harsh daylight outside the cave. Hot climates greatly affect their sight to 1-Space, Neutral/Cold climates 2-Spaces.
  5. Along with Echolocation and the Bat Head. Maybe, an ability to Suck the Blood of Prey animals could be an option. And, the harvested blood can be added to the food reserves. They won’t die, but, there will be a cooldown on the prey based on how large they are. Additionally, attacking Animals/Rogues/Etc. cause the Bleeding Buff every time. And, your Bat Nicheling CANNOT Lick to Heal their friends(MOST, of not, all blood drinking bats have an anticoagulant saliva). So, you will have to be extra careful, or, you may make the bleeding WORSE.
