    Randomly generate them! I do this for all my playthroughs, but since this one is specifically focused on 'escaping the default', I've decided to actively list them this time :D

    while that happens, the Blues rejoice in the murder by having another child! it should be noted that the male did nothing in the blues. maybe only the females are supposed to be the hunters, at least for the blues? that could be interesting to explore...

    Of course, they may all look the same, but their personalities are very different.

    1m - SzPD (Schizoid personality disorder)
    2m - Agnosia (unable to process senses)
    3m -  no disability or disorder
    4m - Clinical Vampirism

    1f - no disability or disorder
    2f - Compulsive Hoarding
    3f - no disability or disorder 
    4f - USDD/Unspecified Dissociative Disorder (they have a system, with 40 alters)

     

    maybe we can make each gem colour a 'lineage'??

    the two babbies r born, and are two females, born to Blue and Orange respectively. thus, we make the Chart; itll be handy, but niche will eventually find  a way to mess it up.

    The predator that resulted from the accidental combination of a hummingbird's iridescence with an unknown species of a 'pet project' planet seeded solely with two strange creatures; the fossa and the cuttlefish. Colloquially named 'Hummingthroats', Lignuspatii steliatur is a pest species that uses the freckles of iridescent across its flattened 'tail' (that it can control both the size and colour of, thanks to it's cuttlefish ancestry) to both dazzle and surprise prey and predator alike.
    Hummingthroats can hunt in packs to horrendous advantage, decimating entire villages food stocks in under a week, with the only sign of them being there the small, iridescent flecks that appear like glitter (and stick to everything like glitter, too) and the terrible, droning hum that seems to imprint itself within the memory of anybody unfortunate enough to hear.

    sexuality is a very strange and fluid thing; some people don't realise they might be, for example, bisexual until they're 50 but somebody else might realise they're bisexual at 14 :)

    i'd say, try out some labels and see what you think suits you best :D
