I wonder how she's going to react to that... I know I love my ram horns very much. Issi touched her horns.

Vissen watched as they also put Akriah and Flash into nests, looking around the shelter.
Issi went to stand watch by the child and Flash, knowing that the others will look after Rabbitspring.

The group finally reached what looked like a pile of stones, and voices were coming from inside. They ducked inside, and many nichelings lay everywhere, some with burns.
The smell was awful but Issi forced a smile on her face as some of them looked at them.

Issi gave them a soft smile. They are so cute. Then stared at the tribe that was around them. Ugh, hope they don't try anything, we are outnumbered.

Issi nodded. And whispered to the others, "I'll keep an eye on them, so they don't try anything."

Vissen flinched, tearing her eyes away from the scene as thunder rumbled. As if on cue, it started raining.
Issi smiled glad that she is at least talking. She stared down at Flash and gave him a small push with her snout. Startled she peers up as rain fell from the sky.

With great effort, he dug his paws into her shoulders and leaped out. He barely made it as he landed hard on the grass, unconscious.
Snowdove rushed over, quickly pulling Flash away before looking down at Rabbitspring.
Issi gave a sympathetic look at the poor burned niche before looking at the other one standing over him. "The fire is spreading, we have to move or else we all will perish."

She landed awkwardly then slumped on the other side of the flames and passed out, her pulse fluttering like a moth's wings.
She looked at Rabbitspring, startled before rushing over and pulling her away from the flames. (Is she at our side or the opposite side of the flames from us?"

He couldn't hear her, he fell over, writhing in pain and screaming.

Issi sits shell shocked at the situation. Never before had something like this happen to her in this life span. I hope that they make it out alive.

Just as she finished she's startled by the brave niche next to her jumping into the flames to help.

He looks at her desperately, and then the fire closing in. The child already has a couple of burns on her. With what sounds like a sob, he tosses her to Rabbitspring, closing his eyes as the fire reaches him, suppressing a scream as it burns his pelt.
Issi scratch at the ground to form some sand. "Jump over the flames if you can!" "And roll in the ground to put out the flames!"

They all ran, Flash weaving in between bushes and rocks effortlessly. They could hear yelling from other nichelings everywhere.
Suddenly, Flash stopped.
"HELP!" A small voice yelled out, and he looked down, seeing a child trapped in the fire. "That's her..." he said quietly.
From the back, "There is a child trap in the fire!" She looks at the others panicked.

"HEY, YOU STUPID FURBALL!" Snowdove yelled after him, before growling and going after him. Vissen followed.
"Woah, look at him run!" Issi looks at the others dart off. She springs up and also run after them. "Hey, wait for me!"

"Smoke..." He said in terror, the scent was all to familiar to him.
"Where is it coming from?" Issi looked around trying to pinpoint where it was from.

Her tail flicked in annoyance. You're not so strong to take all off them, let it go Issi. She looked at Flash and the child and hoped that they make it until the next light.
