Headcanon again: Floot Flies are capable of hanging upside down on ceilings, like bats. They just don’t do it often due to the likelihood their masks will fall down.

I also have a headcanon that if one doesn’t know someone’s name yet in a conversation, they’ll refer to them by species name. For most it’s a bit less awkward that way.
