Sorry to request something because I know you all are working too hard, and I love your work! I came up with a few silly ideas that are just for fun.
The Climbing paw
The climbing paw would be a paw that could help you climb trees without needing wings, the climbing paw not be able to go as far as wings, just climb trees! And the wings can be a little annoying but this would be easier, but this does have a disadvantage, having a slower walk speed though it would have 1+ heat resistance, i don't know. You have to have climbed/flown into three trees.
Wing patterns
Wing patterns would be nice, a striped or spotted wing pattern would be really cool! No need to unlock, in the normal gene menu.
Water eyes
This could only be helpful if a few features are inputted, well first off in my little head cannon my creatures can only see 1 tile around them in every direction, because it is blurry underwater, and this would be terrible if their was a sea monster, that was as dangerous as the apes. And to see farther they would need the water eyes, which they could see farther underwater but be shortsighted on land. You need to have killed a sea monster.
Sea monster
This would make the game harder, they would have the same types as apes, big eyed, big nosed, and big eared. To hide from the big eyed, you would need to hide in the seaweed, where fish spawn, to camouflage. To hide from the big nosed, you would roll around in muddy sand, and last but not least for the big eared, you would have to have webbed paws.
Note:
When I play Adam's quest, there are never any hard island ports and it is awfully boring, and I've been to fifteen easy islands on one save file, and 20 on a second one. it is impossible to find the home island under these conditions.
