Spacestar TheThundersuncat
Or how long until this idiot dies on almost vanilla settings. The only available mate will be rogues. Or you'd think. Because I still received two starters And they can bread Hm... And so they settled down to have perfectly normal children. The end.
Spacestar TheThundersuncat
Just kidding. An rude swamp rat came and destroyed the nest And ate everyone. Kupri was all alone, but at least there were plenty of shells in the water. Still, he missed his family more than he missed having food. The fish would forever be a reminder of what he had lost. And so he set out to a new horizon, to find a place save from water.
Spacestar TheThundersuncat
Kupri wandered the swamp for many days. However, no one came to help him. One day, he encountered a strange creature. The old legends tell of a water goddess, who sends no legged toads to punish insolent mortals. Very superstitious, Kupri fled to the nearest island. Soon, he found a new place to call his home. A new toad appeared Oh, no. Not this time. This time, he would investigate! No more invadors! Barely noticeable, a dizzying electric current rushed over him. Spacestar TheThundersuncat
Lace had cursed him. Soon, Kupri killed the one who had forced this on him. However, all alone, there was no hope. With his last thought spent hating the fates and this toadling, he fell to exhaustion. On the next day, Lurpri was fishing, as he always did. A no pawed nicheling hopped out of grasses. Before he could open his snout to call out in warning, a bluebird rained down from the sky. Lurpri, who once lost his right eye to a skyshrieker, ran for the hills. Spacestar TheThundersuncat
This defender is starting to be annoying. No sharing! Let me commit murder over one berry, damnit. Two no paws appeared. Having her mate with that derpsnout may have been a good choice. Meanwhile, the mafia seemed helpful for once.
Spacestar TheThundersuncat
But little Reko was alone. Or so she thought. But the no-pawed Lurku took her in, to raise her as his own daughter. Afterall, they looked incredibly alike. But everything comes at a cost. While her father was strong enough to slay the bearyena, the defenders overpowered the old, frail nicheling in no time. Spacestar TheThundersuncat
Huh? A two pawed nicheling? One willing to stand up for her, at that? And for once, the gods were kind. With a good hearted grumble, the defender bear retreated to own land. Reko fell in love with the Squirrel, and he with her. They shared many days wandering aimlessly. Kirduklur's love for Reko was only rivalled by one thing: roots. And so when the time came for him to pass, he did not want her to mourn. Instead, she should move on and find the best root of all, because that always made him happy.

Spacestar TheThundersuncat
The path to the new world was hard. Unlike the light plains she born in, shadows creeped here in every corner. This wouldn't have been a problem if not every tuft of grass and shriveled plant looked the same. But here she is. Every rustle could prove fatal. And her instincts proved her right! Another male, driven mad by the goddess of dephts. However, he could not harm the spotted nicheling. Flame had blessed their love and burned the fiend. Eventually, she found a small cozy place in the shade. Berries were plentiful, but loneliness pierced her heart like the sharpest claw. When a pawless child appeared, as lost as she once was, there was no hesitation in her mind. In memory of her father, she would love him like her own. Ronu was accepted into the tribe. He grew into a bright, joyful adult. Though dexterity wasn't his strenght, he liked to share and made friends easily. To Reko's amusement, even if they shared no blood, her mate's love for all things underground had surpassed his generation. Of course, this wasn't the last of him. Taanael, with her fluffy tail and creamy coat resembled him no less. But her days were counted. Looking back at life, she wouldn't have done anything differently. Reko passed away peacefully the following night, curled protectively around her daughter. Little did she knew what gift this would be.
