The Tribe of Neversights

[Cloude]

A tribe made of those who have been abandoned by the ones they love. They have all found their way onto Whale Island, and need to find a way to survive together.

 

Yes, I'm going to try and keep drama in here.

 

 

 

[Cloude]

Those with heavier builds take cover under the tree while others run ahead to start exploring.

[Cloude]

(Name guide because yes)

[Cloude]

As the group pushes forward, some of the heavier nichelings step out from under the tree.

Sunball tries picking some berries from a cactus, but she gets thorns stuck in her paw instead. Haste tries to help get the thorns out, but Sunball keeps pulling her paw away.

[Cloude]

Mushroom starts moving through the tall grass, but bumps into something. She screams, but they reach their hand out and cover her mouth.

"Shush! You'll alert a bearyena!"

[Cloude]

Turns out Whisp was right, because after a night of hearing distant growling, Cracker looks up to see a beast looking at him.

Daisy calls for the tribe as Cracker tries to block the bearyena's path.

[Cloude]

Cracker, Bloodhorn, and Ivan successfully kill the bearyena without any massive injuries.

 

Toxin and Daisy are left alone and start to talk to each other more. 

 

Ivan gets mad at Haste for not helping them. Haste tries to explain that she can barely move, but Ivan pushes her towards the water before walking away.

 

[Cloude]

As Cracker leaves to chase after Ivan, Bloodhorn walks over to talk to Haste.

 

"Hey, you okay?" She questions.

Haste plucked a berry off of the dieing berry bush. "I'm fine. Just go away." she mumbled.

"Do you wanna come-"

"No." Haste growled, plucking another berry.

"But-"

"I SAID NO!" Haste growled, lifting her claw up like she was about to attack them. She stopped herself and turned away. "Just go away.." She mumbled, staring at the water.

[Cloude]

Flurry was the target of a rogue and couldn't spot them in time. 

Flurry ran off to have her child away from the others so that they wouldn't suspect it to be hers. Daisy followed her, but only after explaining what happened with her.

 

 

 

 

 

Bloodhorn starts trying to catch up with the others. She spots them all trying to fight the rogue male.

I was shocked about how much food you had, until i realized you started with 1000 lol. Keep it up! I really like the play through so far!

[Cloude]

A bearyena jumps out in front of Bloodhorn, clawing her and creating a large scratch across her face. Her yelp was enough to alert the others.

Even Haste became worried...

 

 

Cracker and Sunball quickly rushed over to help Bloodhorn. Toxin had to be yelled at by Ivan to go help.

Ivan stayed to keep an eye on the rogue while they fought.

 

 

Mushroom ran off, stumbling upon Flurry and Daisy, who were next to two little ones.

Daisy was quick to say that they were both hers, and that they were twins. When Mushroom questioned why they were both out here, Daisy said that Flurry was helping her with names. They had decided on Roach and Mouse.

[Cloude]

Yeah, the food thing is also part of a plan for another generation.

[Cloude]

The girls are startled when they see the rogue pop up beside Daisy. Fluryy growls to warn Daisy, who quickly turns around and claws at him.

 

Bloodhorn finished off the bearyena by clawings at its face until it fell over, then clawing its throat.

Bloodhorn then turned and made sure that Sunball was okay, since she was targetted by the creature during the night.

Haste arrived out of breath, trying to see if Bloodhorn was okay. Bloodhorn hissed at her before raising her paw and unsheathing her claws. Haste sighed and turned to leave.

 

[Cloude]

While clearing some grass, a small white bundle of fur is found by Haste. She makes sure they're okay before calling for the others.

Toxin volunteered to go help Haste while Cracker went to help with the rogue male.

Toxin was disappointed when he saw a child cuddled up next to her. He was at least decent enough not to do anything around a child.

"What is that?" He asked, seeming a bit disappointed.

"He was left in the grass- There might be a mother somewhere!" She said, holding the child close to her.

"Then we can go look for them tomorrow. I'm sure the others wouldn't mind keeping an eye on..." He looked at the child. "That." He looked back up at Haste with a smile.

Haste hesitantly nodded, looking down at the child. "His name is Blizzard..." She mumbled.

 

Meanwhile, Bloodhorn caught up with the other females. She asked about the children that Daisy was playing with, and was told that she had twins.

 

"But... They don't look anything like each other." Bloodhorn mumbled, staring at the children.

"I said that too, but Daisy said she was sure they were both hers." Mushroom said with a shrug, plucking some small white thorns off of berries.

Flurry was very uncomfortable, but distracted herself by clearing some grass.

[Cloude]

Ivan and Sunball caught up with the group as well. They stopped to collect some berries.

Bloodhorn decided to try talking to the children, or even Daisy herself.

 

Cracker and Whisp agreed to taking care of the little one while Toxin helped Haste look around for the mother.

Whisp was surprised to learn that this was a blind child. The child was also blind, which was evident by the milky white pupils surrounded by red.

 

 

Bloodhorn didn't even have to convince the children to come with her, because they followed anyways.

 

Mushroom looks over at Ivan and Suball cuddling. She growled to herself as she continued plucking the white specks off the berries.

[Cloude]

When Bloodhorn asked the question, an argument broke out. This only proved Bloodhorn's theory.

 

Mushroom stared at the nest that Sunball had made. She couldn't stand seeing those two together. It was sickening.

 

 

Blizzard perked an ear up as he heard crying from the nicheling who had found him. He waited until Cracker and Whisp were distracted, then darted off.

Whisp turned and tried to catch him, but Blizzard was abnormally fast. His speed wasn't that of a normal nicheling for sure.

Haste was startled when the small ball of fluff ran up and hugged her. She started asking questions, but when she got no answer she just hugged back.

Blizzard knew that something was wrong, because even though he was blind, it wasn't hard to catch on to the fact that she was expecting a kit.

Blizzard could smell the scent of Toxin, and it infuriated him.

[Cloude]

When Toxin awoke, he was face-to-face with a furious albino.

Toxin opened his mouth to talk, but Blizzard lunged at him and clawed at his eyes.

Toxin tried to get the child off, but Blizzard's grip was too strong.

Blizzard didn't let go until Toxin didn't have eyes to see from.

"You did this to yourself." The child hissed, licking the blood off of his paws as Toxin held his head in pain.

 

[Cloude]

Mouse looks up at Bloodhorn. She didn't know what to do now that her mother had run off with her supposed sister.

 

The sneezing from a sickly child is what woke Mushroom up. She stared at the child in disgust.

"What, now you plan on making the entire tribe sick?" Mushroom hissed at Sunball, who was huddled around the cub.

Sunball looked over with a sigh. She was obviously tired from staying up all night. "What's your problem?" She mumbled tiredly.

"My problem is you." Mushroom hissed.

"Why?" Sunball questioned, narrowing her eyes.

"Ivan was fine hanging out with me until YOU came along. You had to mess that all up with your flirting." Mushroom growled at Sunball, snapping at the child when they opened their eyes.

 

 

Mouse and Bloodhorn decided to follow a strong scent that had been behind them. They found a stump and a weird tree.

 

 

Daisy pulled Roach closer to her. Roach was very confused, and asked where her sister was.

"She's not your sister." Daisy mumbled, trying not to get mad at the child.

She held Flurry's child close to her heart. "She has never been your sister." She whispered.

"But I will always be your mother."

 

 

Meanwhile, Flurry sat alone on a stump. She watched as bunnils scurried about.

She started humming, trying to ignore her loneliness.

[Cloude]

Cracker runs over to Toxin, who is crying out in pain. They're both startled when a double-clawed female popped up behind him to check on him as well.

 

Blizzard sniffs the nest, learning the scent of the new baby. Haste told him that the baby was also blind. And that the baby's name was Squirrel.

[Cloude]

Mouse and Bloodhorn start collecting from the weird thing, but it seems to stain their fur.

 

 

The new nicheling decides to finally try to rid the tribe of the rogue.

[Cloude]

Branch did exactly what she set out to do. The rogue no longer plagues the tribe.

 

 

Blizzard gently nudges Squirrel out of the nest. He gets booped on the nose when Squirrel looks up.

Squirrel is confused by the fact that he can't see who's guiding him, but seemed okay with it since they were right next to mother.

 

Sunball names her newest child Grasshopper. Ivan smiles at the little one, happy that he had a child that looked like him.

Tiger crept away, which wasn't hard since all of the attention was on her little sister. She sneezed a few times, but not even that caught their attention.

 

Cracker, Whisp, and Toxin surrounded a berry bush. They talked while picking berries.

Toxin explained how he did nothing wrong, and how the child attacked him for no reason.

Whisp didn't seem to believe it, but Cracker sure did. Mushroom also believed him, but she was snooping so spspspps.

[Cloude]

Mouse sees a girl around her age sneezing and coughing. She walks over to make sure they're okay.

 

"No! Don't get close!" The girl whisper-yelled.

"Why?" Mouse asked, stepping back.

"You'll end up like me." They mumbled, trying to hold back a sneeze but failing.

Mouse looked them over.

"And?" Mouse questioned flatly.

"You'll be sick. You won't be allowed near anybody." They hissed.

Mouse took a step closer. "Does that mean you're lonely?"

...

Mouse went over and put her nose to theirs. "I don't care if I get sick. I'm not letting you be lonely."

Tiger didn't know what to say. She just gave Mouse a weak smile.

 

Don't mind Whisp and Cracker being gay up there.

Blizzard lets Squirrel hold his tail as they walk around. The tribe was a little surprised by how easily they were moving around, but tried not to say anything offensive.

When Toxin heard Blizzard talking, he became angry. He started trying to stumble away from the bush, but he wasn't used to being blind, and the whale moved too much.

 

Mushroom looks down at her child in disgust. She can't believe that she has to deal with a rogue child.

 

Sunball and Ivan get ready for another child.

 

Branch tackles a cactus, getting quite a few scratches from doing so, but surprisingly nothing serious.

[Cloude]

Bloodhorn manages to get the attention of a one-winged nicheling. The nicheling wasn't exactly the friendliest, but he calmed down a bit when Flurry came over.

 

Mouse and Tiger snuck away when everybody was focused on the new nicheling.

 

Grasshopper went to check on her older sister, but nobody was there. She became worried.

 

Haste started trying to catch up with the tribe, but her feet just sorta stuck to the ground.

 

Cracker and Whisp cuddled their new little boy. Cracker was the first to find out that this child wouldn't be able to see them.

 

Toxin heard the noise of struggle coming from Haste, and he decided to go see what she was doing. He couldn't stand listening to the pet names from the two gays anymore.

 

Branch started walking around, trying to find something to do, or some rabbils to hunt.

 

Mushroom pushed the rogue child away, not wanting to be associated with such an ugly child.

 

Sunball curled her tail around her newest child. She finally had a son, but Ivan wasn't there to comfort her.

 

 

Blizzard and Squirrel went to explore, but were approached by a newer nicheling. The nicheling started questioning Blizzard's coat colour, which made him uncomfortable.

Squirrel hid behind Blizzard, not wanting to deal with whoever this was.

[Cloude]

When Grasshopper saw her father, she ran over to him and pulled his hand away from the ground. He was about to get a root and his hand being pulled annoyed him.

Ivan turned to see his youngest daughter. "What?" He asked flatly.

"Have you seen sister anywhere?" Grasshopper asked worriedly.

"Who?" Ivan tilted his head. There was a weird look in his eyes.

"Tiger, your daughter!"

"You're my daughter." Ivan said with a puzzled face.

"Your other daughter!" Grasshopper said, beginning to panic a bit.

"I don't have another daughter." Ivan said before turning away. He went back to digging.

 

 

Blizzard and Squirrel tried to walk away from the situation, but the strange nicheling followed them. The nicheling spotted Squirrel, and stared right into the child's eyes. Squirrel stared back, looking extremely confused. Blizzard sensed something was off, so he curled his tail around Squirrel.

The nicheling seemed annoyed, but didn't say anything about it.

 

Mushroom suddenly thought of something.

"Hey, Buffalo, do you wanna spend time with mom?" She questioned, seeming to care a bit.

Buffalo perked up his ear and turned around. He looked up at her. 

"C'mere." She said with a smile on her face.

Buffalo made his way over, trying his best not to fall over.

Mushroom handed him a berry. Buffalo looked down at the blurry object, then looked back up at her in confusion.

"Eat some of these. It will make mom happy." Mushroom said with a wide smile.

Buffalo nodded and put the odd berries in his mouth. They stung his mouth, but he still ate them.

 

 

Haste looked up to see Toxin. She took a step back and hissed at him. Toxin smiled, and started talking to her in a calm voice.

[Cloude]

Toxin looked down at the blind cub, then up at the severely wounded female. "What do they look like." He asked in a monotone voice.

She growled and tried to ignore him. She curled her tail around the child.

"ANSWER ME." He ordered, batting at her face. She recoiled, but stayed in the nest.

She looked down at the child. "They're brown and red with a beak... And blind." She mumbled.

"They're useless." He growled.

 

Grasshopper tried to run off to find her sister, but Ivan blocked her path. He refused to let her chase someone that didn't exist.

 

The strange nicheling started chasing the brothers until they backed themselves into a (sort-of) corner. Blizzard started growling at the nicheling, trying to get them to back away.
