I'm a bit confused now, so all calico cats, are not chimera but what if it was half grey and half black would that count as a chimera then? Or are chimera just really rare as they say in the article and most "chimera" animals just have a mosaic X- chromosome pattern.

I never heard it called that before, onlly heard it used with the term Heterochromia srry😅 Guess I learnt something new today. Guess I'll have to go make a new post now. . Unless you know if there already has been made a post about it somewhere?

I feel the same about this, but while we are here, I would like to add to the request. I think it could be really fun if the Heterochromia also had a small chance of activating in the fur. So, instead of the fur colour and the pattern colour mixing, we get a half of the animal with one fur & pattern colour, while the other side gets the other two.

So pretty O.O!!
