Could a puff tail add camouflage or allow an easier escape? I know that's what rabbits use their tails for in the wild.

I would appreciate this since sometimes I'll rotate the map for a better view and then forget where I was heading

What about a fantail? This could both cool them passively AND be used to cool down others through a fanning action. Could this be a function of the peacock tail?
